Nothing Bundt Cakes

My daughter surprised me for Mother’s Day with a strawberries and cream Bundt cake. It was good and was beautifully packaged. I will have to come by and try other flavors!

Staff and tasty food

This place was so great. It was about time to close up but the employees let us purchase our cake. They were so awesome. Cake is always good and service was amazing. Thank you ladies

Very disappointed I had called and asked them about ordering a cake. I was 15 mins away, they told me they would have it ready for pick up. Got there exactly at 4, doors were already locked, and the people inside didn’t even acknowledge me there.

The lady at the counter was rude and seemed to be happy to tell me when my rewards promotion was expired, I have never been here before but I will never come back. Rude.

I ordered over $70 worth of cupcakes from this location as a delivery online and I never received them. I called the store and they gave it to someone and never confirmed they were actually delivering pr part of uber. They were essentially stolen. The actual Uber eats driver arrived and they told the driver they gave my order to someone else. There were no updates and the store basically said they could do nothing to help me. So my cupcakes were stolen and the store won't refund, awful.

Update: I replied to the message Nothing Bundt Cakes left and followed their instructions. No contact has been made on their part to me as of Dec 21, 2024.

I had an unfortunate experience at the Natomas location yesterday when my sister went to pick up a pre-made 10-inch vanilla bundt cake for our mother's birthday. She was informed by an employee that there were no vanilla cakes left and that it would take 45 minutes to make one. Despite her willingness to wait and return later, she was told she had to pay upfront. When she tried to pay with a $100 bill, the employee said they didn't have change and refused to start making the cake until payment was made.

I arrived 15 minutes later and was met with no greeting and a long line of customers waiting to pick up their orders, which took an additional 15 minutes. By then, there were still no vanilla cakes available, so I opted for a lemon cake instead. When I explained the decorations I wanted, the employee took the cake and went to the back without any communication. It wasn't clear whether I needed to wait or come back later, but after 5 minutes, the decorated cake was handed to me.

Overall, this store has significant room for improvement in customer service and communication. The limited variety of pre-made cakes and the unhelpful attitude of the staff were disappointing. I will likely not be returning to this location.

Cakes are so delicious and customer service is very good. The mini bundtlets are big enough to feed two people

When I walked in I felt as if I was a bother it was my first time ever coming into the store. I ordered a tower of lemon and two individuals. I opened the bag of the two individuals and the snickerdoodle is beyond small. Clearly should not have been sold to me as a regular size for that price. So pretty bummed and I don’t live in Natomas to go take it back.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's graduation. The cake was gorgeous and so delicious! I got the lemon cake since it is my daughter's favorite. Everyone raved about the flavor, frosting, and texture, too. We loved everything about this cake. Nothing Bundt Cakes are by far my favorite. Thank you!

Customer service is unprofessional and unfriendly. I took some time, deciding what I wanted to order and the employees did not make it easy or welcoming. Will not be returning to this location.
