Nothing Bundt Cakes

I had an unfortunate experience at the Natomas location yesterday when my sister went to pick up a pre-made 10-inch vanilla bundt cake for our mother's birthday. She was informed by an employee that there were no vanilla cakes left and that it would take 45 minutes to make one. Despite her willingness to wait and return later, she was told she had to pay upfront. When she tried to pay with a $100 bill, the employee said they didn't have change and refused to start making the cake until payment was made.

I arrived 15 minutes later and was met with no greeting and a long line of customers waiting to pick up their orders, which took an additional 15 minutes. By then, there were still no vanilla cakes available, so I opted for a lemon cake instead. When I explained the decorations I wanted, the employee took the cake and went to the back without any communication. It wasn't clear whether I needed to wait or come back later, but after 5 minutes, the decorated cake was handed to me.

Overall, this store has significant room for improvement in customer service and communication. The limited variety of pre-made cakes and the unhelpful attitude of the staff were disappointing. I will likely not be returning to this location.

When I walked in I felt as if I was a bother it was my first time ever coming into the store. I ordered a tower of lemon and two individuals. I opened the bag of the two individuals and the snickerdoodle is beyond small. Clearly should not have been sold to me as a regular size for that price. So pretty bummed and I don’t live in Natomas to go take it back.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's graduation. The cake was gorgeous and so delicious! I got the lemon cake since it is my daughter's favorite. Everyone raved about the flavor, frosting, and texture, too. We loved everything about this cake. Nothing Bundt Cakes are by far my favorite. Thank you!

Customer service is unprofessional and unfriendly. I took some time, deciding what I wanted to order and the employees did not make it easy or welcoming. Will not be returning to this location.

I come here to get cute little Bundt cakes for my coworkers or family members. I love surprising them with these when I know they have a favorite flavor. They have an Andes Mint candy flavor currently that sounds delicious! I got a Red Velvet and Confetti cake Bundt Tower. I also got a sunflower and ribbon attached for an extra cost. The service is fast and friendly. The parking is easy as it’s located in a small shopping center. Their products are a bit overpriced in my opinion but they’re so cute!

We ordered Nothing Bundt Cakes (36 bundtinis) for my aunt’s 101 yr. old birthday ?. The problem was not the taste or decoration, it was how they were packaged. The were put in boxes with shallow cup holders and then put into big blue bags. The bundtinis were sealed with tape and in the bags when they came out from the back. I didn’t think to check them. We put them in the car on the backseat, secure and never moved until we got to the facility approximately 5 miles away. We carefully took them inside always right side up. Two of the three boxes were topsy turvy. This was because you cannot put the bundtinis in the bag without turning the boxes on their sides therefore turning them upside down. All the bundtinis in those two boxes were damaged. I called back (late afternoon) and a very inexperienced staff member said she was sure they were ok - I should not have had a problem with them. I went to the store on Monday morning, explained the situation and showed the pictures and a nice staff person gave me a refund for two of the three dozen I ordered, minus the little decorations on top. Folks, make sure you check the boxes, particularly of the small bundtinis before you leave the store. It was a hassle and they did not look very good, but it didn’t stop my 101 y.o. Aunt from smiling all afternoon ?

The cakes are delicious yes, but if you try to pay with a bill over 20 they will refuse. Even trying to pay with 2x 50s for a $90 order. They forced me prepay with the 2x20s I had and go break a bill.They wouldn't even give me plastic forks to eat with after, the young lady behind the counter had a bad attitude as well. I would go to a different location if you want bundt cakes.

Excellent, moist, delicious cakes. Some of the best I’ve ever had. However not very friendly customer service at all from some of the ladies. Tried to be extra nice thinking that would change their attitude but they just became fake. As a person of color you just never know if it’s just the personality of the person or because they carry racism. That’s why it’s important when you work with the public to always be polite to EVERYONE. I always speak up for impolite service/leave a review. Because it’s important for companies to know how their customers are being treated when we’re patronizing with them. Hopefully this can be addressed. It’s very spirit rattling to get such demeanor’s when trying to have a good fun day.

I love my local shop. Staff are always friendly and kind. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Will always support them!

I LOVE these cakes. My favorite is Chocolate Chocolate Chip. The icing is very good. I just wish that every bite had a chip in it. Great store, clean, variety of choices.
