The aesthetic inside is super cute for sure and the drinks as well as portions are fitting for the pricing, however I'd have to say I was quite confused when I walked in on what to do since it was my first time. I can tell they were quite busy but there was no greeting or any kind of direction on what to do. We weren't sure if we sit down and order or walk up and order. Good customer service except for once when I literally had to wait over a whole hour just for an iced coffee. I would’ve left or asked for a refund but I didn’t have a coffee maker. Sometimes they have a long wait and sometimes they are serving at a good pace. Drinks, especially their teas are fabulous. Açaí bowls are okay
