Weird little spot on second floor, if you blink you'll miss it. I honestly think that's kind of cool. It's chill, service was great, and the food was wonderful.

Quick service , great late night menu and great drinks , fully stocked bar with other options , reasonable pricing and the karaoke experience is an added bonus if you choose that option. Great place to dive into on the late night.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is bc they don't have the option to plug in your phone to where you can see the lyrics and also the first half hour our microphones and speakers was trippin , but there's a guy who has dreads that work there he was very attentive and excellent I give him 5 star

Be careful with this place as they charge you extra for no reason. There is an extra charge on your Bill for drinks and food. If you order from the front counter. Not sure why they charge you an extra 20% for no reason. The most expensive pitcher of beer I have ever got. There are definitely better places, as well as cheaper. Music selection is very out of date as well.

Oishii Sushi & Heartbeat KTV was just okay, but definitely not worth the high price tag. We spent about $500 for two hours, and for that price, I expected much better food and a more enjoyable experience. The sushi was mid at best—nothing terrible, but definitely not the fresh, high-quality experience you'd hope for at these prices. The drinks were fine, but nothing special.

The biggest letdown was the karaoke selection—outdated and very limited. If you're hoping for a wide variety of songs or anything remotely current, you're out of luck. The place has potential, but they really need to step up their food quality and music selection to justify the cost. Would I come back? Maybe, but only if they make some serious upgrades.

Went for karaoke in February, and despite a rough start with a wait (even though I had a reservation), Molly, the manager, turned things around. She acknowledged the issues, stepped up, and made the night enjoyable. Her effort is the only reason I’d return!

[edit] I appreciate the response from management, but there is no reason for the security guard to be threatening people to “take this outside” over a misunderstanding. My girlfriend wasn’t aware that she needed to be wanded a second time when re-entering so he curses her out and then threatens me? This is inexcusable behavior no matter the “misunderstanding”. My group didn’t let it ruin our night but we definitely wont be returning. My original review is below

Good experience with the waiters and staff, but the security guard cursed out my girlfriend for no reason and then threatened me to “take it outside” when I told him to not speak like that to her. Extremely unprofessional and unfortunate for our experience which would have otherwise been good. It sounded like another group before us got into a confrontation with him so there seems to be a common denominator here…

Upon checking in with a reservation, our party was held up at the door for about 10 minutes before being told to seat ourselves. We were told mixed things about the menu before being told happy hour was only on one day of the week and the menu wasn't available online where the other menus were. We were told to order at the counter, then were told to sit down and wait for a server. Server took a while to get to us and helped a party that came in after us first. Tofu and some other fried dishes weren't seasoned and seemed reliant on soy sauce. Wish there was less confusion between the staff and more consistent answers. They weren't exactly busy when we first came in but the staff seemed lost.

The guy at the front was so rude he told us we couldn't get another hour and the other girl told us we could then he came and kicked us out and started yelling at trying to start a fight with us also you can't even pick any song you want it has to be one from their system this place sucks and i tried to order mochi ice cream and none of them knew what flavors they have this place was ridiculous but the guy in the front even brought the security with him to yell at us they got so bothered they banned us they even yelled at the girls when we weren't even saying anything and i have really bad anxiety so he made it really bad i had a really bad anxiety attack because of them.. very unfortunate because we came to celebrate our friends birthday i hope no one comes to karaoke night here because the staff doesnt care about their business the guy at the front told us he was in charge so it didnt matter of other staff told us we could pay for another hour he said he wanted us to leave. Also judging by the way the owner is replying to people in the reviews they do not care about making sure the customer feels at ease they care more about talking back than doing anything to help. I feel like we were being attacked and targeted because of our race. The moment we got there he was talking to us with an attitude. I'm so upset my chest still hurts because of the amount of anxiety I experienced. Also instead banning people for something so minor you should change out your staff to a friendlier staff. As the owner you shouldn't be so rude replying to everyone in the reviews they are trying to tell you there's something wrong with how your staff is behaving and you don't care and try to say anything you can to try seem like you're in the right but there's nothing right about allowing your staff to treat customers that way your staff needs to learn how to handle situations like these and talk politely instead of yelling at us they were in a working environment they need to behave professionally. I'm sorry if I misgendered someone but it was the person working at the front on 11-29-2024 /
11-30-2024. Again no one was underage and no one that didn't have ID was drinking it was our last hour and some of us forgot we couldn't take in beer into the room and instead of politely reminding us your staff came in raising its voice telling us we couldn't do that and as our people were getting out the room to go drink outside the host or whatever it was and the security guard kept telling us we need to leave instead but of course the owner is probably going to comment back saying it was all our fault instead of taking accountability for the type of staff they hired. Such a disappointment.

Staff is very combative as soon as you get there and ask in a very rude manner “what are you doing here” not even a hello or welcome in. They need customer service training or just NEW people. A very disappointing time here. Look for a different place cause this ain’t it.
