Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

They never answer the telephone you are on hold four more than 20 minutes and you go there and they see you but don’t even say I will be with you in a minute you get ignored BAD customer service

Had a really great experience at olive garden. I went in for a birthday lunch and everyone there made it awesome. christian at the host stand was nice and got me seated quick, even going out of his way to ask the manager jaime a few questions for me before I sat down. Shauna took care of me the whole time, was super friendly, and checked in frequently despite the slight rush in her seating area. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted great. On my way out, a manager, Jaime, and another server, Cena, were there and they checked in just to make sure everything went well, which was cool and not something every place does. The staff all made my birthday lunch way better than i expected, I appreciated all of them. will be coming back with more people next time!

I forgot how much I loved Olive Garden. We were greeted by the owner/manager at the host stand. Our server was Herbert was friendly, attentive, and kept checking back to offer refills. We had the fried lasagna appetizer and the beef tip tortellini special. And of course the yummy breadsticks and salad/soup.

The wife and I had a wonderful dinner experience at this location tonight. Our food was hot and tasty. The service was fast polite and very friendly. I think our servers name was Al and he was a pleasure. Al deserves a raise. :)

Took the wife out for some pasta tonight. Per usual our visit to this location was top notch. Service was super fast, super friendly staff and our food was hot and perfect on the taste level. Our server was Al and he was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better diner experience especially for the price.
