Unfortunately I waited 25 minutes just for 2 fries and just requested a refund. Location is decent at Best, the service is nonchalant and needs improving, definitely like the games they have.. if all pieces are available too
Order Kiosk is easy to use and prices are very reasonable
Solid place to hangout. Large selection of Boba options as well as alcohol versions. The Horchata milk tea and Pineapple milk tea are my favorites. Can get a bit warm inside during the summer months, but that's my only complaint.
This place has milk teas, fruit teas, black tea, boba tea, finger food and sometimes desserts but if you're looking for a full meal this is not the place. But if you want to just have some tea and hang this is the place.
I came to One Tree for the sole mission to finish some work tasks at night. It’s a good size with plenty of seating. I brought the Thai Tea with Almond Milk, agar boba, no ice, and no added sugar. I’m glad I did as it was definitely sweet enough on its own with the sweetened milk. It wasn’t too strong which was perfect for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only thing downside I would say is the bathroom. It was hard to access during the time I was there as there is only one stall and was a busy night. However, I highly recommend this place.
There are very tasty drinks and food, everything is very tasty and beautiful, I recommend it to everyone.

Good, but a little pricey
The drinks are good and tasty. Its definitely a college spot. Only thing that is a little strange is the self help kiosk to order but that's just me nit picking.
They make the absolute best Taro Milkshake and their price points is very competitive. So glad I work nearby

Drinks are expensive and subpar. Atmosphere is cute.
Very relaxed atmosphere, would be great with a group of friends to chill while playing cards or even study. The tea is superb as well
I stopped in on my way home from a shift and wanted to just get in then out- took way too long esp for the price
I tried their vegetables spring rolls and the cheese sticks and both were perfect and the quantity is more than perfect for the price, i am very satisfied ❤️
