Delicious food

The food is always good and I LOVE the atmosphere here. It is such a delightful experience to dine in. There are also monthly deals on meals. The only minor issue would be the wait time, I’ve had times where I waited 45 minutes. They usually take 20 so I’d recommend ordering in advance.

Fast service and good food. I really like that the sauces are on the side and you can get a much as you want for your food. I went here twice during my trip to Sac. I'll go again when I'm back.

Not every customer knows how your store operates... when a customer asks for sauce, the least you can do is give it to them or show them where to get it... instead, you act high and mighty and treat the customer condescendingly for having to ask.

**** is soooo good!

Tried the Aloha plate island white fish plate. It was pretty decent and portion size was a tad on the small side. It came with 3 scoops of rice and their salad. Service was good with seeing only one person handling the cashier.

I have always loved ono Hawaiian. This is our regular go to place whenever we eat out. Unfortunately today I was really disappointed with the quantity of the food served. We ordered Hawaiian mix and beef was so little it could be compared to one tablespoon. Plate was mostly filled with lettuce. This is reason for 3 star for food.I have posted before and after pictures. I hope next time we go there we would have better quantity.
