Waited 2days before posting this. Our house has supported and gave much business to this specific Ono since its opening, welcoming a healthy alternative to a lot of the fast food around here. Stopped by to get a teriyaki chicken plate to go and requested,as usual, for them to not put any macaroni salad in the meal(our lady cannot eat it) , and was told flat out NO! Mind you, I didn't ask for a substitution, just for it not to be in the meal because of a gluten intolerance and the cook "Maria" refused. They were not overly busy either. I couldn't understand so we left without her food and honestly I'm going to urge the residents to not go back. Customer service is so, so valuable nowadays. And when the loyal people who held you up when your business opened out here get dismissed with the wave of the back of your hand and side eyes, for no reason , that's when I had to say something. Obviously you don't care about ANY customer returning, because who does that?! We won't be taking our 💰 to establishments that no longer have the time to care.

I'm sure the food is good but I can't find the place. It's location in the map is completely inaccurate. There's no restaurant in the parking lot of McDonald's. If I could find the place, I'd update it myself but no luck. Very disappointed.

First time here, the staff is very friendly, I order the BBQ mix it was bomb ???all the ingredients are fresh, the portions are pretty generous, good price great service, the lobby is clean and nice, I totally recommend this place

The food is bombing Fantastic costumer service especially today the girl cashier very helpful and help me a lot what meal to choose. She recommended me the island fire chicken it's spicy but it is so delicious Ambient I love the Hawaiian theme 100/10

I got the teriyaki chicken all rice , I’m a picky eater so it’s a great option. The cashier Marlen was very helpful and always friendly. I like the fact that the teriyaki sauce is self serve not like the other hawaiin places that charge u per sauce .

I just came in and ordered 1 Hawaiian bbq chicken and 1 Chicken katsu. But I got all bbq chicken for my order. Very disappointed. Second time they made mistakes. Oh well..

This place could careless about the customer or trying to please customers especially customers willing and offering to pay for a small upgrade , they claim it's against policy to upgrade an item or add an item, which we were willing to pay for, but they do insist that you just simply buy two wholesale I order to get the one item qe wanted to pay for as al la carte, stubborn employees will make customers gonto Ll Hawaiian or I ❤️teriyaki, which is what we did , what a shame when we're trying to support businesses and they couldn't care less.smfh

Ordered a family meal. The chicken katsu was pretty bad. The breading was falling off, very dry and chicken was overcooked. It looked like they just threw all the scrap pieces of meat in my container. Hawiian chicken was overcooked as well. Kalua pork was cold. Would not recommend this place. Tables were dirty.

The food is fresh and cooked to order. I had the spicy fish aloha plate that was on special for $7. They gave a generous portion of fish, rice, and salad. The inside of the restaurant is clean and modern. I’m excited that there is a healthier food option in this area that is reasonably priced and tasty.Taking off one star because I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal, which was longer than I had anticipated and many folks who came after me were served before me. In the future it would be nice to know if there is a longer wait time especially since a lot of people are likely visiting on their lunch break :)

My grading of two stars is only towards the service, not the food. The food is amazing and I love it! But whoever the Hispanic cashier lady is (Annalucia) seriously needs help with her customer service. She's not friendly and a bit rude. I might have to hit up other locations that serve Hawaiian cuisine. Annalucia killed the vibe for me.

Each franchise is independently owned and the one on Franklin and Florin is awesome! Shrimp and mixed salad or to die for!
