Zero stars...glad she is closed....looking for help during covid...denied service for no mask. Human riots nean nothing to her...strange woman

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nancy has been the most irresponsible, rude, unprofessional business owner/ “healthcare prover” I have ever dealt with. have been trying to get food allergy testing since May of 2022. I was sent a kit, sent it back, and never received my results. I called Nancy, said she would mail out a new one and have not received it to this day. I have called Nancy more times than I can count to get a refund (which she says she cannot do) and she also cannot seem to get me a new kit. Every time I have called Nancy, she gives me an excuse as to why she hasn’t been able to get me a new kit, some of which have been:1. She had to reach out to the manufacturer of the kit to get sent a new one, called back, then says she never called them because she was working on other things. Gave me the number to call manufacturer myself, they said Nancy had to reach out to the them.2. She hadn’t reached out because power went out at their office so she was trying to catch up on all the work during that time.3. Her manager was having personal medical issues, so she was behind on work - to give her 24 hours.4. Called back 4 days later (gave her more than 24 hours), then says someone had hacked into their system at the office and she couldn’t take care of my situation because it wasn’t important.There have been many more excuses, but I am no longer teaching out to her. Instead I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.0 out of 5, do not recommend.

Did not clean windows left streaks, skipped windows, when we called him he refused to return and clean our windows properly. This was a Groupon purchase, not the first one. Previously he did an amazing job. This time, streaks, unwashed windows. Told us he would not come back and clean the windows .. he said call Groupon, get the money back from them. So dissapointing.

I was very impressed with Optimum Health 's Covid precautions were stupendous. The hand sanitizer was readily available and a staff member immediately discussed their safety measures. Furthermore, I was informed that the door would be locked while I browsed, paid for my items and left the shop. Melissa had all my "called in" items set aside & ready for payment. It was truly an impressive transition.
