I have purchased vegan backpacking meals from Outdoor Herbivore for a few years now. Although their prices are a bit higher than the huge brands that concentrate on meat meals, their quality and tastiness are a thousand times better than any other brand I've tasted. Whenever I eat these meals, everyone is jealous, even the non-vegans, and any non-campers that may be around. And most recently, I called about a website billing related question and being in a different time zone, I left a message. The astonishing thing was someone called me back! Yes! As soon as they got in the office, an actual human being called me and spoke with me. That is almost unheard of these days. Five stars all the way around.

I placed my order on a Saturday knowing it wouldn't start processing until the following Monday. I was really hoping, but not holding my breath, that it would arrive by Wednesday. IT DID!! I am super impressed with the turn around time. I have yet to try my 1st meal (later tonight), so I can't speak to the quality just yet. But, your product comes highly rated so I'm not worried.
Edit: I placed an order with another company same day (trying to hedge my bet). It hasn't arrive in time, and It's estimated arrival is while I'm gone. :( Another plus for Outdoor Herbivore!

In 35+ years of backpacking this is easily the best freeze dried camping food I’ve ever had. My only small complaint is how many dishes contain peanuts (my partner has a deadly allergy). To the owners - it would be cool to include some vegan meats in your recipes! Maybe an egg, cheese, and vegan bacon scramble, or adding some vegan chicken or meatballs to the pasta dishes you already offer.
