Overall had an excellent experience at Paesanos. The cocktails are pretty good, and I'm looking forward to trying more. Can't say enough about the food either. Every bite from every plate was *chef's kiss. Definitely try one of the Paesanos favorite dishes on the menu. There's a reason why this place is a Sacramento staple.
We went on a Saturday night so it was packed. Despite it being busy, the server was great and attentive.
We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the prawn scampi.
Spaghetti and meatballs = good portion, I enjoyed the sauce more than the meatballs
Prawn Scampi = had a little kick to it which I found nice. I wish there were more noodles but that's just me being a hungry gal lol

The gluten free pasta was delicious. We got gf baguette and butter. Excellent food.
The service was excellent. We had Jeremy as our server, and he was just great. Very pleasant ‘amd sure we had everything we needed.
The restaurant was beautiful. If we are ever in Sacramento again we will definitely go back.
