We had the pleasure of hearing about Pampas and wanted to give it a try. Well let me tell yah that our experience sure did not disappoint. The staff and JJ were more than attentive, the food was non-stop and very delicious. There was a wide variety of sooo many dishes to try that it was hard to really pin point which one was my favorite. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great experience.

Sadly the Fairfield location will not survive a year. It’s simply the wrong location for this price point kind of dinner experience. There is no host at the front to check in. There are two benches outside the door as well as three benches inside by the host stand. All these benches tells me the owners don’t have a firm grasps of the area demographics.
