I was really excited to have my 50th birthday party at a Brazilian steakhouse like this. I had done my research and looked and saw that this was the best option for me. When we got there, the place wasn't really that busy at 5:30 PM, but one of the staff (Phillip?) rudely behaved and told me to get out of the way as I was greeting my guests for the party. I was so put off by his behavior, and insulted, I tried to discreetly confront him but he was indignant and insulting. This ruined the entire experience for me and my party, but we proceeded on. The food was very limited as well, I was not impressed with the variety that I thought they would have. I've been to many Brazilian steakhouses, and this seemed scant and had a paucity of variety. I was a very disappointed, although what they did bring out was quite delicious. Our actual waitress was very attentive and polite and kind, so I can't blame her. But at the end of it all, the disgracefully bad behavior by one of their wait staff completely felt like it ruined this experience. I don't think anybody should have to have that happen, and quite frankly, I will never go back to this place and never recommend it to anyone. There are many other Brazilian steakhouses, why go to one that treats you so poorly and ruins your entire experience. I even tried at the end to talk to him again, but received the same behavior and our conversation did not go well because I was quite angry about it. He suggested I talk to the owner who was there, and when I did, I really got nothing but some platitudes and a smile. They seem to have no concern for customer care, they don't seem to be concerned at all that I was treated poorly, especially on my birthday! Never again.

LOVE this place! The service is amazing, the restaurant is big and nice. All you can eat for about $75 per person. A nice wine list, decently priced. Salad bar had a variety of options, the table was served with mash potatoes and cheese bread. Thankful I was able to take some home because the bread was addicting! I wasn’t sure how to take pics of the different meats because we ate it as soon as it came lol but all of them tasted good, especially the Brazilian steak. Literally, Chef’s kiss! I’ve told all my friends to come here. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Cinnamon Covered Grilled Pineapple:
The best thing we had and probably my favorite thing to get at Brazilian Steakhouse restaurants

Lamb Chops:
Gotta rank it as the 2nd best thing we ate

Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon:
Fire probably the 3rd best thing we had

Picanha Top Sirloin was really good

The salad bar was great:
We’ve been to 3 different Brazilian Steakhouses and Pampas had the best salad bar

The design is really nice and customer service is great. This is one of the best restaurants in Sacramento.

Made reservations online for 2 at 7 pm, showed up, and was told they did not have us on the reservation list. Showed them the confirmation, they said give them 5 minutes. The place was just about empty, minus a party of 15 or so, and 2 other tables of 2. They finally sat us at 720pm.

During the wait, we got ourselves a drink at the bar. After sitting for a couple of minutes, we made our way to the salad bar area. Best part of the night. Got back to our table, flipped the cards over, and took just about 40 minutes before we got our first serving of protein (chicken). Then another 5 before another.

We were there a total of an hour and 35 mins. We tried 3 pieces of meat and gave up. Customer service was horrible, non-existent, almost like we were bothering them by being there. Not one other table was sat while we were there.

Had high hopes, seriously let down. Will not recommend it to anyone or be returning.

No photos were taken because we were so disappointed.

Wish there was more variety of meats. But the 40$ special they had was worth it.

Terrible service ? I recommend fogo de Mina’s for Brasilian food ? never coming back. I like to spend on my foods but we deserve the best service on this type of restaurants !

We had a wonderful dinner experience. The cold item bar was nice and the candied bacon was awesome. The bread was different and surprisingly good. Don’t fill up on those items because the best is to come. The various meats kept coming. The variety was amazing. Don’t miss the grilled pineapple. It was a perfect pace of servers coming through. Our cocktails were wonderful. Every person working was professional and friendly and making sure to get you whatever you wanted. I would highly recommend you give them a try!

I’ll start this off by I don’t usually ever leave bad reviews but I feel anyone going here should know. Went here on two occassions, once with my significant other and a couple days later with a party of 10. When I went with my s/o it was great and I loved everything, nothing to complain about. When I went with the party of 10 it was a bit of a disaster from the start. When we got seated we asked for water and sparkling water. We didn’t get any water until almost an hour later after bugging the waitress multiple times for some water. And finally when we did get some the waitress spilled water all over two of the chairs, didn’t bother to do anything to clean it up. That’s not why I’m writing this review. The real gripe we had is we were there for roughly 3 hours. In that 3 hours the only cuts of meat that they offered us was a bunch of sasauge and chicken. Quite frankly we went here because it’s a steakhouse. We had to bother the host multiple times for them to bring us some steaks as they were walking past our table and not stopping by with anything except chicken legs. When they finally did bring us steak they literally went out of their way to give us cuts that you literally throw away as it’s uneatable. At over $100 per person I expected a lot better. Greatly disappointed and will not be going back there again. That’s my two cents about our experience here.

I don't believe this restaurant will be open for long. This is the worst Brazilian steak house that I've been to. I've dined at Pampas in Las Vegas and the quality of the food, and choices available were significantly better. The local competition in Roseville would be the restaurant of choice is you're looking for this style of food. The options at the cold bar were so bad, I told my husband we're not staying. The selection was poor, not many choices. Foods that are listed on the website were not actually there. Were was the Brazilian Vinaigrette? There was a sign that said "Roasted Tomatoes" but they were old regular sliced tomatoes. So false advertising as well? Nothing looked fresh. Everything looked like it had been sitting out all day, or days. The restaurant only opens at 5pm and we arrived at 7:45...I'm not sure why everything looked awful. I hate to leave a negative review but I will never some back here. Glad we didn't waste our money.

The food was good , the service awful - waiting 15 minutes for a cocktail and the bar was empty was sad . The staff were not friendly or attentive. An expensive non experience.
