But at least there are usually open tables for dining in.

My bf & I walked in, before I went into the bathroom we made the order, I said we want teriyaki chicken, chicken string beans half rice & noodles family meal. After I came back from using the bathroom, the asian lady who was serving us skipped my bf and gave the chicken teriyaki we ordered to the dude behind my bf & then proceeded to tell us to wait for the next batch of chicken to be ready (which looked like it will take awhile till it was going to cook)when we was the one who got there before the guy behind us. My bf doesn’t like to cause a scene & that’s understandable like his not trying to spoil his whole life for a food order but not me because what! I started talking & asking them why that happened & the other lady was trying to apologize and trying to give us free drinks with cups in her hand to make up for it. I said No thank you, I paid for the drink I had already drunk in my hand then told them we taking our hard earned honest money and leaving. If I can give them 0 stars for how they us feel I would. I don’t know whether it was because of the color of our skin or because she just didn’t like her job. We never returning here!

Went into this location . The girl standing behind the counter did not acknowledge me or anyone that came in after me . She stood behind the counter talking to another customer about fish,school and everything that had nothing to do with Panda. It was absolutely ridiculous . 6 min went on before a guy came from the back to take my order . There was another employee sitting down eating. She said nothing and didn’t call anyone to take my order after she was sitting there witness this.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. Left without ordering any food as the manager RANDY kept ignoring me and another customer attempting to get his attention. He would not acknowledge us and refused us both service. Walked out as the line was pouring out the door with other frustrated customers. Will NEVER return here nor will any member of my household whom I was attempting to order food for.
