I was just in there 2/17 @630 pm... the only lady with a black shirt on was pretty rude and was being kind of aggressive with ALL the customers... anyway she hopped off the line, didn't wash her hands, and just started grabbing food to cook off with her bare hands.... SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS.... my sister and I were literally waiting to pay and just left without our food. Never coming back to this location again.

I usually come here but a girl who I think was manager dressed in all black went to grab food to start cooking. She ripped open all the bags and straight used her bare hands to pour it out. I'm sorry but she didn't even wash her hands. We know because she just finished making our plates. She was very rude to her staff and giving everyone dirty looks. We left and told em to cancel our plates. I think her name was karthryn or something

Just got food from there and the meat was good but the chow mei was so hard. It looked like and tasted like it was left overs from yesterday that they just microwaved. I got food as soon as they opened so they probably did.

I have been going to the Bruceville location for quite some time and the portions have gotten smaller and give you whateveris left. I ordered a plate with 2 sides. The bowl with the orange chicken only had 4 small pieces left and the worker preparing my food put it in and barely gave any more for the second side. Normally the workers serving would ask if I would like to wait for another batch to be cooked, but they have not done that recently. They just give whatever little is left and proceed with paying at the register. I'm not coming back to this location anymore.

Overall I love the Convience and food at this CHAIN ⛓️ Restaurant, but this particular location has consistently BAD SERVICE ?.... AAAAAAAAND They tend to overcook the Food, and are extremely slow , busy or not ? I go there anyway, but am about to switch to another location (Although it's farther from my House ?)
I found a finger nail in my food and when I requested to have my food made over again they tried to say it was false ‼️

I ordered a 3 entre and got only 2 but was charged for 3 entre. Stupid old Chinese lady be like "no walnut shrimp wait ten minute ok?" Then I went back up and she pretended she didn't put the order for me and pretended not to notice. P.o.s old lady there no can hardly understand and she can't even speak English or understand anyone. She later came cleaning the table and was smiling looking at us
