Terrible service! Look at the video. Pay attention to Manager Bao. She refuses to pour drinks and asks for extra money for it. Guys, yours is like other Fontan restaurants, we want to get another one. This means I can add a drink. They decided, I ask for refund. They promised to call the manager I wait for 25 minutes, they did nothing. I am extremely disappointed in Panda Express with manager Bao. Such people should not work for you.

I found a hair in my food halfway through. No it’s not mine as I’m POC and this is NOT my hair type and it was buried under my noodles. I’m glad I already pick through my food from fear of getting sick because if I just ate normally I wouldn’t have noticed until it was in my mouth. Please invest in some hair nets.

Bao came out to check on how we were enjoying our food, that's never happened at the mall before, panda express is always the go to lunch & dinner spot when we're shopping.10/10 ⭐️
Right before hurricane Hillary hit. I went to Arden to shop till I drop. Grabbed some Panda Express and the guy with all the charms on his hat with glasses was very fast and friendly! 10/10
