The place is clean, yet behind the counter when we came in it was a mess. Maybe they just got done finishing some food but there was boxes and trash and containers everywhere.A wok on the hott stove was left unattended.The employees are not to kind and I would say this location is so STINGY and money HUNGRY. They charge you extra for every piece of grain. I didn’t see an ounce of kindness or even a smile from the employees. We came in and they were talking about their own business rather than helping us.$7 for a small entree with 7 pieces!Once we came home and tried the food, rice was dry, sesame chicken barely had any flavor of at all, only good thing was the walnut shrimp

This is a great place to eat and taste. however, I'm not impressed with the portions because they are very stingy with the food but please do better, do not scoop out food from the plate because you already put it in the plate!

Just walked in the place. Not one person greeted. The cashier cashed out her person, logged out and went to the back. The last straw was the other girl pretending like she didn’t see me and began working with the girl after me-that looked like her. Then look at me coyly and say oh, have you been helped. I walked out. Teach these employees basic customer service and to withdraw bias. Never again- the nerve for basic food.

The food at this particular location was subpar, blah.We ordered three combination plates, and the chow mein had just been made. However, it was tasteless and boring. We ordered Kung Pow, and we ordered broccoli beef,sesame chicken, and spicy beef.And again, nothing was, let me say, as good as the one on Folsom Boulevard at 59th Street.
