Panera Bread

I LOVE it when I find people that actually think and this Panera has a very thoughtful employee! I ordered a salad through the app and apparently forgot to order the dressing on the side. The Panera preparer either noticed I had asked for hummus on the side or looked at my previous orders. Whatever. Kudos to the employee for using their common sense!! ❤️
Also this was the BEST salad I’ve ever eaten at Panera! Super fresh greens and plentiful ingredients! Panera is the best!!!

The food was really good here but what really stood out was the manager they had on duty when we came. My fiance' forgot that she couldn't eat certain meats since she's pregnant and the manager, after she had eaten some of both the sandwich and salad graciously replaced both items with something my fiance' was able to eat even though it was completely our fault. She was amazing! Great Panera location!

Was having trouble with the app and the wonderful cashier Jada was able to help me activate my rewards. They were so nice and made the whole experience a pleasure!

I came into Panera after church just to grab a quick bite and study a bit. I was greeted warmly by Palvita (Pauline) she made pleasant conversation have me a recommendation on a sweet treat and made my visit so pleasant. The food was also outstanding and fresh! Needless to say I will be returning 😀

We wanted to exchange an apple for chips ans the manager offered the chips without having to swap. Very kind servicd, love the food!

They mess up my sandwiches all the time. All I asked was for onions with salt and pepper added and can’t even get that. Ordering more and more basic because directions can’t be followed.

Really good service here! They said I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my coffee because the machine started cleaning itself, which was totally fine with me because it’s understandable. I had no problem with it, but when they gave me my coffee, they said I could have a free pastry of choice too when I wasn’t expecting anything! The staff were really nice and communicative and I had a good overall experience!
