Great food for a quick lunch. Friendly, helpful, and hardworking folks work here! There can be a busy lunchtime rush so order ahead of time at least 20 minutes if possible on the web or app. Plenty of free parking. Location can be confusing coming from the multi-lane freeway exit. Cheers!

I love Panera and on average eat there twice a week but this North Freeway location has issues. This visit I had a 25 minute wait, last week it was 30 minutes. Today I ordered a warm bowl and got a cold bowl and the portion looked like it was for a child…smh

I hate to give this place a not so great review, but.. The wait for food was way too long considering they were not crowded. The CSR that took our order was confused about how to use our electronic gift card. The restroom was filthy, and our order was wrong. I will say they had an off day..☹️Parking: Parking is challenging.. wait a week or two until the Nordstrom Rack buzz that just opened up dies down or go before Nordstrom opens..

First time having Panera and I ordered to go. SomeElderly lady was helping me take my order and she completely messed my order up. They barely gave me any of the broccoli soup it didn't fill not even half way with the bread. Also I order a sandwich with no meat & she proceeded to add chicken to a sandwich that said it came with no meat. I asked for a flatbread pizza and she gave me some sandwich instead.

Great customer service and food! That autumn squash soup, OH MY GOD! Went there 10/26/2023! I'm glad that prior to receiving your order, they call out to each other what is to be expected in the order. Regardless of anything, I appreciate the smiles I received and the wonderful food! This soup though is FIRE!
