Sometimes you'll get over the top helpful employees and other times either ones that don't know the system of a simple pick up order or flat out don't want to help. Service is better than the food, it's a chain. My issue is that, this location at least, is LOUD; louder than I've remembered in previous visits. The restroom, which requires a daily-changing code because we're all anti-human and blame a pathological "fear of the homeless" as an excuse to be anti-human to everyone, is also piping in VERY LOUD music. Is it necessary for the bathroom to sound like der clurrb? I did tip but may not tip in the future (they do say it's optional in a little sign by the register, or used to-didn't notice this time) because of the loudness. I wouldn't any longer consider this a place to sit and do work, just to get lunch and in theory use the restroom in a pinch or if Blick next door continues to be bathroom fascists and refuse to let customers use theirs.
Vegetarian options: Need more of them. (Chain-wide issue)

I had an amazing lunch experience at this Panera Bread! The staff was polite, attentive, and very quick with my order. I got the Turkey Bacon Bravo Sandwich with a side of Mac & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious! The mac & cheese was creamy and comforting, while the sandwich was fresh and satisfying. The ambiance was inviting, with a clean, well-lit space and a warm, cozy feel. It’s the perfect spot for a casual lunch or a quiet place to work with a cup of coffee. Definitely one of the best Panera locations I’ve visited!

I’ve placed online orders three times over nearly five years, but each time, there has been at least one issue. The most common problem is receiving a message that my order is ready, only to arrive and find they are still working on it—or worse, they haven’t even started.
This time was no different. Not only was my order not ready, but the bagels looked like earrings—extremely thin! On top of that, they didn’t have some of the bagels I ordered, and their toaster jammed, forcing them to grab another batch. It was a complete mess!
