The lady manager should probably spend more time cleaning her dining area instead of standing on the customer side of the pick up area unnecessarily handling customer's food. She just stands in the way and touches the food. Super sketch and gross.

I don’t normally leave a review but, When I came in I was having one of those days that one more bad thing happens and you just break down. My bag had ripped and I lost my bread that was in my bag. They gave me new bread and was trying to help calm me down from crying. They were absolutely amazing and super helpful. Thank you to the team that was working today.

The food is extremely overpriced. They charge $20 for half a sandwich and a small bowl of soup. It tastes very good, but I can't return to this place unless prices change. I would be a regular customer if the price was reasonable like $12. The layout of the restaurant is also confusing when you order dine-in. There is no signage at the area where you pick up the food, so unless you're already a frequent customer, you're not immediately sure where to go.

I’m part of the Sip Club which is an awesome service Panera offers in general. Unfortunately at this location no matter how many times I have come in, which is at least 3-4 times a week just to use my Sip Club membership, my cup is never ready in the take out area. Ever. I believe only ONE time it was there ready for me. I have given grace thinking it was just a fluke but it is a constant occurrence. I’m not exaggerating when this is being said either, but I have waited up to 15 minutes just to try to the get the attention of a team member just to ask for a cup. I have gone to the area where you would pick up your meal to ask for a cup where you are typically not acknowledged because they are either focused on preparing what they are doing, or, they are hiding behind the counter in an area where you can’t see them but can hear them. It’s really frustrating to order in advance and not have it be readily available when I arrive. I only ever enter the store after I’ve received a notification stating it’s ready yet it never is. I’ve fortunately never have had a rude team member encounter, but it just seems like it’s a lack of staff issue along with other priorities being set higher than the take out orders. It could easily be a miscommunication issue as well but again it’s just very frustrating to not have it ready when I am doing my part in placing an order in advance to be sure it’s ready once I arrive. Especially over the fact it’s just for a cup.

Had a really pleasant experience with Abbiegail ! We were a minute or two late for breakfast but they managed to make an exception for us. Excellent customer service!

So in this specific location, the service is extremely slow, even though there weren’t many people in the restaurant. It still took a long time to prepare my order. The most disappointing part was that I ordered a hot caramel latte but was given an extremely cold drink. When I complained, they replaced it, but again with another very cold drink that was not supposed to be cold.
I specifically came to this location to get a hot coffee, and when I told them the replacement was still cold, the only response I got was that they would stop taking orders for hot drinks. I wasn’t offered any alternative or compensation, which meant I essentially paid seven dollars for a latte I couldn’t drink and had to throw away. Very disappointing experience.

Normally this Panera is good. This time it was horrible, we did get any sides with our food, the mac and cheese was cold. The service was not friendly, didnt apologize for any of the mistakes and acted like they didnt care.

My experiences at the Del Paso Panera Bread location have consistently been positive, particularly due to the staff's helpfulness. Moreover, the manager on duty April demonstrates excellent leadership skills, fostering a friendly and accommodating environment for both staff and customers.

I love Panera in general, but this has to be my favorite location. It’s clean, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. If you go there, April is the BEST! She is super knowledgeable of the products and whenever she’s working I know my food will be prepared with care. 5 star service
