My high school daughter’s friend came here for an interview and the work times stated “evenings preferred.” The unprofessional, sweaty manager came out from the back with an attitude. My daughter’s friend was there 15 minutes early and she was asked to leave because she cannot work at 5 am despite their requirements stating “evening preferred.” We are very confused why they don’t mention that especially since they’re high school students. We believe the manager takes advantage of young people. They advised her to skip school for the job, RIDICULOUS. Never coming again!!

I would rank the food very high maybe four and a half and the pastries also very good and soups. The coffee is only about a 3.5 or I would have given 4.9

My friend ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich. We were told it was a 30 minute wait which is a little odd for a panera but okay... Then we got the sandwich. We don't know what my friend received but it definitely wasn't what he ordered. See photo below. He pulled apart the sandwich but he has too many allergies and was concerned about the sauce. This was my first time at a panera on the West Coast but I certainly know panera doesn't operate like this on the east coast. What my friend received was a certifiable pile of uninspired garbage. This is really upsetting that a panera can get away with this level of service and quality.

This location has really gone downhill. The floor has been sticky or dirty on several occasions. The tables are not always the cleanest. This particular time I went, the cashier was super slow. And it wasn't a slow like she's new and still learning, it was a slow like maybe she was high or something. She got my order wrong twice. And the sandwich that they did get right, looked so disgusting! I couldn’t even eat it. It was supposed to be a bacon avocado sandwich. But as you can see in the picture, it was barely any avocado or bacon on it. And it was burnt af! My broccoli and cheddar soup that is normally thick and creamy, was super watery and bland. Maybe they just had an off night. Idk, but I won't be going back to find out.

I go there for their salads and especially their cookies and sweets.Parking: It's located in a shopping area near Safeway and other eating businesses.

This location is nicer and friendlier than the North Freeway location. However, they are pretty slow. If you are in a hurry, do not come here. 30 min wait for 1/2 sandwich and soup is ridiculous. Faster Service at Red Lobster ?

I normally meet people here for work meetings. It's centralized and close to the airport. Can get crowded at times.

My husband went to Panera this morning, and arrived before 10:00 am. The only thing I like from here are the baked soufflés...and apparently, so does everyone else. They are NEVER available, no matter how early we get there. They refuse to make more, even though they are so popular and sell out early. Today he was told that they were sold out by 8:30! While he waited for bagels to go, the clock turned 10:30, and the cashier immediately shut down breakfast. Two people had been waiting in line well before then, and were refused any breakfast items. So they left..Our second choice were bagels, and those were even slim pickings. Only ONE plain bagel left, as well as some sweet types.Panera needs to work on their business strategy & plan. Why are you refusing customers that had been waiting in line to order, even though you still have breakfast items? Why aren't you making enough of your most popular item (baked soufflés), so you aren't sold out by 8:30AM? I have so many questions.I'm done with Panera. The bagels weren't even that good.
