This location is always out of items. And they call you 5 minutes before pickup to let you know they don’t have the item, happened twice, manager is in invisible ,they let the employees deal with it. Horrible service.

Pick up your food and Bus your own tables, so no real service to rate. Wonderful fresh food, great flavors.

The bathrooms are concerning, you can literally see everything going on inside the stalls, there's no privacy and it's as it there were no walls covering. Literally this is my only issue and a major one with this

Has good food with an atmosphere of a traditional bakery submerged in a modern fast food eatery.I like the food, but I wouldn't say anything stands out as amazing, especially at the price range of the food and the size portions you get.Last time, I got a sandwich, which was on sourdough bread toasted/grilled with shredded chicken, but the sandwich was literally as thick as a grilled cheese sandwich and my wife got a bowl of soup and salad, again meager portions. The bill was over $40.I could have spent the same amount and got big portions at an actual restaurant. I think Panera Bread is over popular, just like Starbucks, so they both charge extremely steep prices for pieces of their excellence, which are actually very average meals, but it feels so cool to say you went to a place like Panera Bread, because others just want to know what you got.I could have spent a little less at West Coast Sourdough and gotten larger portions.

Panera Bread - Delta Shores Quick Points: - Standard Panera - Dining area is modern and clean - Staff are friendly, service is quick - Parking can get pretty packed Family eats here multiple times a year for lunch. Our go-to is the Flatbread Feast with 3 flatbreads and 2 salads. We've tried various flatbread toppings, including: pepperoni, cheese, margherita and chipotle chicken/bacon; the latter two being our favorites. The salad options include Creaser and Greek; both can be hit or miss based on the freshness. The sandwiches and soups are pretty standard. The baked goods are decent! *** the last time we ate at Panera, we did find a staple in one of the flatbreads *** so be careful of that. Overall, probably a 3.5/5 on most occasions. Like most fast-casual eateries, when you come to Panera you sort of know what your going to get!

Sip club, ordered through drive through...didn't have the correct order. Though ordered already had to repeat it.

I used to really like Panera Bread. But this was the worst experience ever. I ordered two soups, a Mediterranean bowl, and a lemon cookie. My soups were lukewarm. The utensils were dirty. The bread was stale. The Mediterranean bowl was supposed to be a nice symphony of warm brown rice with the contrast of cold arugula salad and hummus. The whole bowl was cold and very sour tasting? Too much lemon dressing? Anyways, I will not return.

I ordered on the kiosk had no interaction with an employee outside of asking for my drink cup, hence I did not include a tip for my $21 meal. Received my sandwich and pecan pastry. I ate the sandwich then pulled out the pastry to discover there was literally a full bite out of it. I politely asked for the manager and informed him of the situation. He did great by apologizing and gave me a refund for the pastry and offered me a free one which I declined having lost my appetite and honestly wondering if I had eaten something else in my sandwich. I concluded that because I didn't tip the kiosk, one of the employees decided to take a bite of the pastry as their tip. Thanks, but no thanks to this Panera location, I will never visit this one again.

Gone are the days when Panera was a step up above other fast food chains. I've been to this location three different times in the past month, and each time, they were out of baguettes. I really wish someone would help me understand how Panera Bread runs out of bread. I could understand if I was coming a half hour before closing, sure ok, but each time I've come around 6:30-7pm and they tell me they are out of baguettes. Absolutely ridiculous. This last time, I waited in the drive thru for half and hour...30 actual minutes. I'm done. I won't be back. Poor customer service and poor management on behalf of this location, no thanks.

Recently entered into the unlimited sip club again, and got a charged lemonade! Great service for this panera bread. I feel like there is sometimes confusion at how to pickup my unlimited sip drink, but this place was on top of it and quickly gave me my drink after I ordered it! This panera bread was also really clean, and it looks like people study here as there were a lot of laptops, so I would recommend this place to study if you're looking for a third place.

Ordered at the counter, 2 bowls of the cheddar broccoli soup to go. That seems to be the largest size to go, but it seems like less than when I order a bowl to eat in the restaurant. Something to ponder at a future date! It was delicious as usual, order was ready quickly.
