Really disappointed with the service. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care about customer experience. Papa Johns didn’t used to be like this.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this location. Our local Papa John’s closed, and this is now the nearest one to us at about 25 minutes away. We don’t get to eat Papa John’s often because of that, only for special occasions like a kids birthday . It is so worth the trip! The staff are friendly, the food is always fantastic and the owner really loves What he does. He clearly takes pride in his business and taking care of the customers.

I wish he was able to open another location in the elk Grove/South Sacramento area but until that happens, we will happily drive to support this location.

Location is near to FWY 5 N with exit at Arena Blvd. First time ordering from this location. Going in and coming out is a jippy. Parking is not a problem.

It's a chain pizza , nothing special. The sauce is sweet is that's your thing. I liked papa John's when they use to cook the pizza with the pep on the bottom of the cheese.

The atmosphere of this place is really horrible. It didnt smell clean. The employee who greeted me had a dirty shirt on that appeared as if it wasn't washed in 2 weeks. No customer greeting, that signaled he was happy to prepare my pizza. I'll continue to eat Papa Johns, but NOT from this location.

Order the family some Papa John’s during our evacuation from the Thompson Fire in Oroville and the North Sac location did not disappoint. It was made to order to our specification with a very diligent individual who was the chef. He did a wonderful job making sure we were satisfied and put pride in his pizza. Thanks Papa. (We are from Louisville originally the original Papa)

I truly enjoy ordering from this location, and I appreciate the staff and their great service.
I do a mobile order (feels like once a week), and it has made to my preference on point each time (there was one time it was lacking, yet it was still all good ??). I'm greeted nicely every time, and they actually kinda know who I am upon arrival. Good place, good food, and great service.
