The call was routed to a call center in the Philippines, and a short tempered woman told me not to order from Papa John's anymore.If Papa John's customer service is telling people not to order pizza from them, they will get their wish. This place is an absolute gem of the 90s I especially love how the company is making strides to bring in organic produce! Papa John's should be the first major chain to have 100% organic crust too!

First time buying pizza here, not real impressed. Almost no sauce and very little cheese. Even the toppings wouldn’t stay on the crust bc nothing was holding them on. Crust is pretty awesome and the flavor of the pizza was ok, just would have been better with more sauce and cheese for $30

You always get what you pay for with Papa John's. If the owner wasnt a lunatic racist the franchises probably would be much better off. The pizza is significantly better than dominos so i dont see how they are so unbusy looking but as always my pepperoni calzone crust pizza was fire ? i reheat it the next day in the air fryer and it was fire again also. I like most of the menu here. Oh i used $10 papa dough which was tite because i like accruing points and getting rewards.

I'm giving a 2 because the cinnamon bite things and the jalapeno bites were REALLY good. The 'bowl' was ok. It's why I got the jalapeno bites. They go good together. The salad? I wouldn't know as they didn't include it in the delivery. It WAS a main part of my meal. Stupid simple pre-made salad but it's what I needed. The pizza. 14" Thin crust WELL DONE. It's blonde on the bottom, and limp. I don't eat hot, lava hot, pizza, hate it. So, I let mine cool down. Is it Papa John's practice to not put cheese on the sauce, just on the toppings? Ours was barely cooked crust (well done), sauce, onions, peppers and olives, meat and cheese. the meat & cheese slides off. Terrible, soggy pizza.

This place SUCKS THE BIG ONE. I ordered an 8 piece lemon pepper wings and a LARGE "THE WORKS" and added chicken to one half. The food arrives and it looks like S***. First of all when I ordered the lemon pepper wings no one mentioned that it's only HOT LEMON PEPPER WINGS, so when it came they had some sauce on them that looked and smelled like throw up. I called about the wings before I even touched the pizza, because I figured they had gotten my order wrong, because they looked like buffalo wings. He then told me that's the only kind they have.The pizza was lukewarm, sauce was runny, the chicken was artificial, dry and rubbery. When I picked up a slice the toppings and cheese just slid right off. The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ASS.RUDE AS FUCK. When I calIed to let them know I was not a HAPPY CUSTOMER about everything I had received, I was put on hold, and when the manager came on the line he only offered up a 2 liter soda and some garlic twists and proceeded to tell me that's all he can do because I was speaking to some PAPA SOMETHING ( I forgot the name), but they are located in the Phillipines, so that's all they can offer,GTFOH. I wouldn't feed this nasty shit to my dog. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT FUCK WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. SHUT THIS FAKE PIZZERIA DOWN. ZERO FUCKING STARS.
