I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Papa Murphy’s location. I ordered a calzone, and when I got home and opened it up after baking, it was completely empty — no toppings, no cheese, nothing inside! I called the store right away, and the person on the phone told me they were about to close but that I could come pick up the missing ingredients and “stuff the calzone myself.” How does that make sense? The calzone was already baked — why would I want to put raw ingredients into it afterward?
I told them I’d just come by the next day to get a replacement calzone. When I called the following day, they told me I had to bring back the old calzone in order to get a replacement. Seriously? Who asks customers to bring back old food — especially something that’s already been cooked and a day old? That’s not only ridiculous but also unsanitary.
The manager even confirmed that they wouldn’t replace it unless I brought the old one back. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never had such poor service at a Papa Murphy’s before, and I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with corporate. Avoid this location — they clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their food.

The employee was hard to understand he had a heavy accent He also was on phone the whole time I was ordering I could not understand if he was talking to me or who ever was on the phone I stood there and waited for my order he still was on the phoe

I love papa Murphy but this papa Murphy always disappointed me . And today i came back and they are close! Even on the google they are showing open but they are closed looks like permanent closed! So I start looking different papa Murphy’s i went West Sacramento 1288 west capital avenue!! Best pizza in the town and very friendly staff and much cheaper then this location! I recommend everyone go there 🙏🏻 Give them one chance and you are going to love them

Found a hair in my pizza dough new year eve I returned January 2 only for the owner to be contacted and tell me he will give me a discount on my next pizza smh🤢 as if I will ever spent another dollar there. No hair nets in food environment is crazy

This was the poorest service the pizzas were horrible we waited an hour for two pizzas I ordered online had to take one back in wasn’t made correctly the quality of both pizzas were sad we will not be using this place any longer
