Been a customer here off an on for over 20 years now and I have some good experiences and transactions in the earlier years than most recent ones.Customer service has declined and it's a pain to go at a certain hour (I know this now and won't ever do it again). So I only go once or twice a year now hoping that it got better or that different employees will be there and it's changed for the better.It's worth mentioning that there was once upon a time a certain employee who whenever he made our pizzas they just tasted better. I credit that to his positive energy and love of his job. I really miss this.

I got a salad, and it was supposed to have cheddar cheese, I got 2 pieces of cheddar. And the thing that bothers me most is that the employees do not get their tip, if we tip on cards. That's not ok. The employees work hard for their customers. They deserve their tips.
The value is gone. The family size pizza used to be 12 bucks years ago, now its 24 bucks! Im going to go somewhere else because theyre too cheap to even throw in the cooking instructions now.

I've been going to Papa Murphys for 20 something years, and this is a first to not be completely satisfied. It seemed as though the crust didn't rise and then was hard like cardboard without taste. When I brought the pizza back to the store the next day, the ladies questioned me as if I were lying. I asked for the owner, and they said he was out of town. I know he would've made it right without questions. Also, I called them night. I got it, and there was no answer several times. Messages were full! When I brought it up, the ladies ignored me!!?? What is happening to customer service?? SMDH. Sad

Doesn't matter to order online, because you still have to stand in a long line even though they have a separate line for online orders.Ordered my pizza just before opening and scheduled a later pick up and it took them 20 minutes to acknowledge me (I was in the online order pickup line they just helped someone else at and they completely ignored me for 20 entire minutes).My pizza had sat so long that the dough had started rising giving my pizza a bloated look. It should've been refrigerated considering how long it was going to be before I arrived to the store.Will come back to repost this review if it gets deleted like the others!!!

The crew tonight was killing it! We had Patrick helping us with my sister's and my order! Even though it wasn't ready he blasted through it fixed it and prepared both our orders! Thank you Patrick and all! Happy Halloween

Gluten free medium med chicken and herb was incredible price it was $21 it was super good worth it!
Unfortunately, the employee who took my order did so with an attitude and rudeness I did not care for. I apologize if she is going through something, but that is not an excuse to be rude to the guests and continuously interrupt them. I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes it's necessary. I do hope that this employee has a better day, though. That being said, the shorter employee of the two did a good job making the pizza in an efficient manner. :)

You can go online to look up cooking instructions. I do not order often enough to have it memorized. This store seems to forget to include instructions, never included. I think maybe they forget on purpose to minimize the extra effort?

I placed a order today at 7:47 and received confirmation that my order would be ready at 8:19pm I chose the option to pay in store. We live down the street so we made it there on time at 8:19 I sent my teenage daughter and 10year old inside to pick up the pizzas while we waited in the car but the doors were already locked. One of the workers was extremely rude yelling through the doors at my children and almost made my teenager cry but telling her in a loud rude manner, that if they didn't pay they aren't getting pizza. The workers never made the pizza, the doors were already locked when we got there and it was before closing time so we never got the option to pay and why even offer to pay in store online if that isn't a option when you get there. My husband got out of the car to see what the problem was and the girls demeanor changed. I will be back tomorrow to get corporates phone number and make a complaint. I don't know who that worker thinks she is but yelling at children being rude and then changing her attitude when a adults come is unacceptable. If you aren't happy with your job then find a different one but don't treat people like shit!

Lazy & unethical.I called to place an order at 830pm.I was told that they do not take phone orders that late, it must be in person & within the next 10 minutes.I arrived 6 minutes later, only to be turned away by the same person that told me to be there within 10 minutes.They had already shut down the oven and were cleaning at 8:37pm

This place had horrible customer service I bought 80$ Worth of pizzas and my pizza all stuck to the paper pan could not even eat it tried to call and they said it was not their fault and they were not going to do anything!
