The place was empty didn't have any cookie dough, salad or drinks employee was rude prices are confusing I ask for medium but charged me for large customer service and general was just horrible location is horrible

Ruby was such a wonderful person who IMMEDIATELY greeted me as I walked in . The pizza took them 15 minutes to make, which is faster than McDonald's!!!

This place was awful! Dirty, empty, a child running around in the back and then slamming the front door. I got my order fairly quickly. But the place was dirty and the soda fridge was empty. Bare walls. Can't hear the girl talking to you at the register because of a clear plastic hanging in front. Had to put my head down to the bottom near the counter to hear her. I don't remember Papa Murphy being so yucky. I remember getting these huge monster professionally wrapped pizzas with instruction cards on the bottom. I remember the pizza was Hella good. This was not good. The cheese bread is a joke! And disgusting. There were boxes of their store stock on the floors and not up on racks like they should be. With clothes lying on them. The area where they keep the ingredients was an absolute mess! At first, I thought maybe because they had gotten busy. But then thought shouldn't they be cleaning as they go? It really was dirty in there. The walls, glass on the front door, and the plastic between the register and the customer were filthy, food was everywhere. A lady who was older than the two girls who I'm assuming is their manager (or their mother?) Was there and all three had long hair and not one of them had their hair up!! The two making pizzas (the manager and girl) didn't have gloves on. I was instantly taken back when I first walked in there. My first impression was not good and had I not paid for my pizza online, I would have turned around instantly and left. Absolutely do not recommend going to this location. There were pictures in the reviews of cockroaches on the floor in the lobby. Yuck!!

Just moved to this area. Place is really run down. Looks like it will close. Shelves are empty for safety. Loved last one where I used to live. The staff are great, but bad location. Will not go back.

Inside it looks very sketchy most of the Items that they have in the display are empty nothing really to choose from went this time to get 2 pizzas and they were out of tomatoes which I find odd for a pizza place not to have tomatoes claim that they were gonna put extra Canadian Bacon instead of tomatoes and didn't get Want To Go to this place because it's Close to MY HOUSE but honestly moving forward I'm gonna Drive the extra mile and Go somewhere else not impressed at all with their service or how they Take Care of the restaurant

Well when I went here it looked like they were going out of business but I was told they were waiting for the manager to bring more things. It looked as though they were out of a lot of ingredients. The guy preparing my pizza was nice. He also didn't have change but somehow brought it back later after I reminded him. I wouldn't recommend going to this location and I won't be going back either.

This is the second time I have gone and found a whole long straight black hair in the pizza. Threw the whole thing away. $25 wasted. Please train these lil girls on cleanliness, Hygiene, and proper food handling protocols. Neither one of them was wearing a hair net. Y'all get paid too much to not do the bare minimum. So no, I won't be going back to this disgusting establishment. Buyer beware.

I go here in am the staff is awesome I think her name is Sara she is definitely a hard worker or owner idk but she puts her all into what she's doing bless her heart.

The skinny Indian girl that worked there last night March 23 2024 at 5:00pm was a disgusting and rude I placed my order 30 min before I got there and the lady still didn't make it she put her hands in her mouth while on the phone then made my order slammed my pizza on top of my other pizza and didn't say anything she shouldn't be working there if she got attention shes gross and disgusting don't have her make your pizza she probably don't wash her hands and she will give you a dirty look for no reason GROSS
