Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I tried to call first and they never answer the phone. So I went down there. I walked in and there’s a young girl with long hair that walked out from the back, she’s was putting her hair back in a rubber band. She asked if I had a phone order and I reply that I tried calling but no one answers so I came down. She was not friendly at all no kind of customer service. The store was dirty and bugs flying everywhere. Not happy at all like if you don’t like your job go somewhere else.

Phone service was terrible. I call multiple times was placed on hold in hung up on was unable to place an order. I had to go elsewhere.

Empty looks ran down only one or 2 workers ..... Never anyone up in the front but besides the inside looking crappy.... PIZZA STILL ON POINT THO BABY🫶👍

Everytime I go the papa Murphy on mack road their all ways close! 11am your sitting there a hoping 45 or more. Are they still in business 🤔 or what. Bad business.

The place was empty didn't have any cookie dough, salad or drinks employee was rude prices are confusing I ask for medium but charged me for large customer service and general was just horrible location is horrible

Ruby was such a wonderful person who IMMEDIATELY greeted me as I walked in . The pizza took them 15 minutes to make, which is faster than McDonald's!!!

This place was awful! Dirty, empty, a child running around in the back and then slamming the front door. I got my order fairly quickly. But the place was dirty and the soda fridge was empty. Bare walls. Can't hear the girl talking to you at the register because of a clear plastic hanging in front. Had to put my head down to the bottom near the counter to hear her. I don't remember Papa Murphy being so yucky. I remember getting these huge monster professionally wrapped pizzas with instruction cards on the bottom. I remember the pizza was Hella good. This was not good. The cheese bread is a joke! And disgusting. There were boxes of their store stock on the floors and not up on racks like they should be. With clothes lying on them. The area where they keep the ingredients was an absolute mess! At first, I thought maybe because they had gotten busy. But then thought shouldn't they be cleaning as they go? It really was dirty in there. The walls, glass on the front door, and the plastic between the register and the customer were filthy, food was everywhere. A lady who was older than the two girls who I'm assuming is their manager (or their mother?) Was there and all three had long hair and not one of them had their hair up!! The two making pizzas (the manager and girl) didn't have gloves on. I was instantly taken back when I first walked in there. My first impression was not good and had I not paid for my pizza online, I would have turned around instantly and left. Absolutely do not recommend going to this location. There were pictures in the reviews of cockroaches on the floor in the lobby. Yuck!!

Just moved to this area. Place is really run down. Looks like it will close. Shelves are empty for safety. Loved last one where I used to live. The staff are great, but bad location. Will not go back.

Inside it looks very sketchy most of the Items that they have in the display are empty nothing really to choose from went this time to get 2 pizzas and they were out of tomatoes which I find odd for a pizza place not to have tomatoes claim that they were gonna put extra Canadian Bacon instead of tomatoes and didn't get Want To Go to this place because it's Close to MY HOUSE but honestly moving forward I'm gonna Drive the extra mile and Go somewhere else not impressed at all with their service or how they Take Care of the restaurant
