Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered a 2 topping large, it was a special for 10.99 and another pizza and a salad. Total was 35 dollars. When I arrived I found that one of the pizzas was made as a cheese only. When I asked about the toppings a nice young lady explained that some orders don't print the toppings just a generic pizza (cheese). She was off to add the toppings when the manager chastised her with very little regard for her feelings. I then explained to him that I ordered a two toppings pizza, he explained that he didn't care, and that they, I'm assuming the store, would have to pay for the toppings. I mentioned that I had already paid for the pizza and the toppings. Then he spoke very loudly to the same worker, in a manner which I found cruel, that he was going to have to pay for it without looking at me. I said I have already paid for it, he ignored me. I felt terrible for this experience, especially hers in particular. He would not speak to me,but rather speak to me through his chastising of her. I then told him, I would pay for the toppings again, but he would not look at me, so I spoke loudly with a smile to the worker. My opinion of his handling of this issue is that this manager, should speak to the customer, not the employee standing in front of the customer. Rather a cowardly move. I would also recommend this man treat his customers with respect, and further don't blame the employee for trying to help the customer or charge a customer twice for toppings. There are no bad jobs, only bad managers. Never once did the manager speak directly to me, more focused on berating the worker. I regret tipping before arrival.

Short staffed on a Friday. Only 2 people working, long wait for customers. Staff did best they could considering who ever manages location should make sure coverage is good for weekends.

Forgot my order completely, I had just read a recent review about forgetting orders and I was hoping that wasn’t going to be me, sure enough. I think maybe they should smoke a little less weed. Could tell they were very out of it.

I had the same experience as Alia Breezy! at this PaPa Murphy's, Her name is "Shaylyn"! She never wears a name tag, and always gets our order wrong too, she's absolutely terrifying. If Papa Murphy's wants to make it right with disgruntled customers then make it easy for us to get a hold of you! But because my experience at your store was So traumatizing, I do not trust You or Your establishment to make this right. You hired a person like "Shaylyn" for heaven's sake! So we're cool....

My kids and I come here often, and the young lady Shaylyn, NEVER gets our order right, my daughter who's very glucoses sensitive can only eat certain things, Shaylyn has made comments to my daughter, twice now that she must be "weak" and "sad" because of her special diet! Shaylyn doesn't even know my daughter who's amazing. Shaylyn has put olives, bell peppers, red onion, on our pizzas, though we specifically asked not to put this on our pizzas. Besides her NEVER getting our order correct EVER! She shames my daughter not once but two times now. This is such a great place to get food, but because of the complete and total lack of care and respect from this one employee Shaylyn, my family is afraid to continue our business at this Papa Murphy's on Bradshaw... Not cool Shaylyn, a major part of your job is to be RESPECTFUL!!

I would like to thank manager Kennan for his commitment to quality service! My family and I visit this papa Murphy's location weekly! It's our Friday night thing!!!! Papa Murphy's, and a movie! Without going into specifics I had a valid complaint and Kennan made sure that the situation was corrected immediately! He even unknowingly assisted a family member whom he also valued as a loyal customer! I cannot express enough my gratitude to his exceptional customer care! I recommend you visit Papa's Murphy's on Bradshaw Road for the customer service experience of a lifetime! And give Kennan the same respect he shares with you! He's amazing!!!!!!!!!
