I have been a fan of Papa Murphy’s for many years until today, the pizza was not worth $23, the toppings were sparse to say the least I had add to the pizza when I got home just so it didn’t look like just a cheese pizza and the staff was to busy talking to each other…well I would have walked out if I hadn’t already paid for the pizza.

Absolutely horrid customer service. I received an incorrect order for multiple pizzas and did not notice until I got home. When I called in, the manager was SO RUDE! No apology given. She would not do anything to make the order right except insist I drive back to the store and exchange the incorrect pizzas. She literally told me to just pick off the pepperoni.

The food is fine - just don't order online. If any part of your order is unavailable, they will do everything they can to not refund it.I placed an order online for delivery on Monday. One of the items I ordered was a Caesar salad. The store called me to say they didn't have it and asked if I wanted something else. I had to say no several times. But when delivery came, they sent a different salad anyway. I immediately called the store to remind them that they called me to confirm about the salad! I wanted a refund for it. The employee on the phone said he didn't know how to refund it and needed to call his manager (she wasn't in that day). She had him take my name and number and said she'd call the next day. It was also mentioned that I could come into the store for a refund and to bring back the salad they sent. That's not an option for me because (1) I ordered delivery for a reason, (2) I'm disabled and don't drive, so therefore have no car, and (3) I'm not about to spend money to get there when they messed up. I went on their website to the chat to submit a complaint to corporate, but it appears the complaint just went back to the store.So someone called on Tuesday. She gave a name but no title, so I don't know for sure if it was the manager. She mentioned the complaint but not the prior call. And the solutions offered were still bad. She said it couldn't be refunded because it was the day after, so I could only get store credit or come in for a Caesar salad once it's back in stock. I asked if she was serious, and she said no and would look into it further. But she never called back. I don't understand how they can have online orders, delivered through DoorDash, but no option to refund or no training on how to refund if it's time-sensitive.So here I am on Wednesday - no refund and no salad.

Pam is absolutely awesome! She was very friendly and helpful to us and we had to wait for our pizzas. She was kind and friendly to each customer. In this day in age, people are so quick to be mean. But Pam was so nice to everyone. We will definitely be back. Thanks Pam!!!

The pizza tastes like food I got in high school. The "cheese bread" was super dry and have basically nothing on it. How do you even charge for such trash ranch? I've never had this pizza before, and will never have it again lmao. This was pathetic. Dominos is better, and I hate dominos. Employees were nice though, just the food is garbage.

I ordered online and my pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:45. I arrived and these kids were so lost behind the counter. They are completely disorganized and could not get an order right. I waited almost 45 minutes for my pizza just to wait in line to pay. They could not figure out an elderly man’s order and fell further behind. I left without my food and will not be returning

Closes at 8pm i arrived few minutes after 7:30 and Stephanie that was making someone else's pizza rudely said to me we stop taking orders at 7:30 and its always been that way she was very rude and unprofessional I was a regular I would go there at lease ones or twice a week but now I'll look elsewhere as should everyone else.

Mismanaged, lazy employees.Very disappointed in this location, was trying to place an order at 7:15, no one would pick up the phone and online ordering was not available. I understand that calling a pizza place 10 minutes before closing is unrealistic but this was 45 minutes.I guess they are doing so well, that they don’t need any more customers…

These guys are great. Been here a handful of times, typically before my order is supposed to be ready and they always jump right on it. Staff is great, nice and communication is awesome. Food always tastes great as well.
