Pizza was lacking in flavor. I don't remember Papa Murphy's pizza tasting this bland. Service was great! Guy that helped me was super nice. But the food was subpar. I'd rather spend the extra few bucks and get Mountain Mike's Pizza.

I ordered a stuffed pizza with chicken. I didn't get any chicken on my pizza and it was flat not stuffed. They told me on the phone they would replace it the next day because I could not return the same day due to no transportation. Then when I came in the next day in a lyft just for them to say they could not replace it because the manager said no. So I got a ride up here for them to only gave me $5 off my next pizza for a pizza I paid $20. Also told me if I brought the pizza back I would have gotten a free replacement pizza but did not tell me that over the phone because I still have the no meat pizza at home. So disappointing that me & my family had no dinner last night.

If Karen was a dude it would be the guy with the glasses. First of all he was very rude and looked bothered to be helping anyone of color (saying this based on his demenaor and tone with his own kind as opposed to anyone of color). Then he gave me a smart Alex reply when asked how many slices he thinks a small pizza would be. The girl also working there gave him a weird look, answered my question and took my order instead. Then as I was about to head out with the food, he decided to talk shit about me talking about uggh can you believe she asked how many sliced it would be? Ummmm yeah Kent I did. Valid question considering it's a pizza place. Also side note: I don't know what his name is but if Karen was a dude his name would be Kent!

As a loyal customer, I love the pizza and the employees are masters of their craft on making pizza pies.. however..the manager who wears the black uniform is rude af, over the phone and in person. I called in an order and told me I couldn't modify my pizza, so I walked in the store and talked to another helpful employee who made my pizza. As I was inside waiting, 2 other patrons walked in and he total brushed them off with high pitch voice if they ordered or not and over talked them. He has anger issues and makes me not want to order from that location again. I tipped the other employees for great work. I dont like seeing anyone get terminated, but papamurphys should do a mental evaluation on that manager or who ever he is. His co workers looked irritated af and uncomfortable when he got near them to grab pizza toppings..

I arrived 25 minutes after I placed my order. My pizza was not ready, they told me 7 more minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked about my pizza, but they could not find it. They had to make a new one, but I did get $5 off. The pizza was basic, nothing special.

I always pass by here when shopping at the grocery store that is close by. Today I was craving pizza since I haven't had any for almost a year. When I lived in Elk Grove, the location I went to measured the toppings. This location I got a lot of toppings on my pizza. Lady working there was polite and this location is pretty clean. Good pizza for what you pay for, I like leaving it in the oven for more minutes than the directions mentions to have extra crispy crust.
I had an excellent experience today. The manager that works there all the time is always super kind and helpful. I'm curious what happened to the is the hot dog a sandwic that was the coolest thing

Hands down the best papa Murphy's around the manager always goes above and beyond and is always super kind. I used to go to another papa Murphy's but I only go to this one now. I think his name is Ken or kent something like that.. Great job always.
