Made a last minute change on my plan for my birthday and got the medium size room and let me tell yooooou!!! I had such an amazing time singing and dancing! The best part is that you BYOB but you have to pay a fee for it. Honestly it was well worth the fee! It felt like I was in a private club! The rooms are huuuuge!! The price was decent but trust me you won't be disappointed!! The offer food and beverages to order and they will bring it back to your room. I'm already planning another karaoke night here!! My new fave spot!!

Kareoke rooms are nice BUT they need to really be clear about their booking policies. We booked a party last month for about 20 people by the hour on a Saturday. I called to book another party and was told they only book packages however the website details both packages and by the hour rates. Really disappointing so I have to book somewhere else.

this place is absolutely amazing.. My family AND FRIENDS did a surprise birthday party for me and it was a night to remember. I've had all the rooms from big to small they are pretty spacious.. There is a beautiful backdrop IN the hallway in front of the bathroom IT GLOWS IN the dark. THE rooms are nice depending on the package you get they have fruits, food, beer, and alcohol.. they also have a bar when you first come in.. the atmosphere and ambiance is amazing too me.. the service is excellent they come and cater to you right away when you call they also check up on you if you need anything through out the night.. the have very alert security they also walk you to your car if needed.. this is the best karaoke place i have been to i love this place

Had my husband's birthday here and he had the best time. There's security before entering which is nice. Talked to Panda. He was so helpful and attentive. We had room #2 which held 20-25 ppl. The room had a bathroom inside the room which was convenient and also outside of the room. Very clean. The controls was easy. It's a tablet and type in your songs. Comes with 2 microphones. Music is loud n clear just how we like it.They don't serve food but just fruit which is okay because outside food is allowed. You can purchase alcohol there or you can bring your own but there's a $60 cork fee per bottle or pay $240 flat for 4+ of your own alcohol.We forgot our iPhone in the bathroom and we called the next day n they held it for us. Picked it up a couple of days later. They had the battery charged (which was awesome) and for safety reasons had us to unlock the phone before giving it to us. Very professional and accommodating. Definitely would come back and highly recommended this place.

Came in 930pm with a group of 7 and in 5mins our room was ready for us, the staff and security was super friendly!! There was plenty of water in our room and we had a blast during our time there. We spent 2 hours in. The room was roomy even for a small and the decors through out the place was very nice, the restrooms were clean and I love the way they set up everything. It's a nice vibe here. I would definitely return and recommend this place to family and friends. Even leaving they checked on us and offered us cold water on our way out. Service was 10/10!!

Fun a** place. Came on a Thursday night with easy room booking via phone. Walked in and was checked into a medium room right away under reservation. You can opt for w package or just rent the room hourly. Can BYOB for $60 although they have a bar and food menu. You can use the iPad to cast to English songs or use their Chinese ktv system to put in songs (English included). Our medium room was $80 an hr and theie bell service was great. Overall I had a really good time and probably the best ktv you can find in sac. Fun place with your friends

They claimed that they had new Vietnamese songs but they don't! Each country had a couple pages of songs and they are really old. No wifi, expensive food. Bluetooth sucks when trying to connect to our phone. They need major updates
