Pardon My Cheesesteak

Ordered three cheese steaks and doubled up. So ultimately 6 cheese steaks as we did here they were small. With delivery charge, automatic tip and all it was almost $80.00. We received half our order and they told us they would review in the next 24 hours for a refund. I would never order from this place again. It was a first time and a last. Sad if your business’s whole plan is basically delivery only and you cannot even get that right.

Worse business ever. Ordered food, they cancelled my order and never reimbursed me. I have made several attempts to rectify this and they are not responding.

We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.

Ordered two sandwiches 2 orders of fries and 2 drinks.. drinks came as soda water, I got a sloppy scoop of meat and what looked like two trays with literally less than 1 order of fries split up as a single order and the bacon ranch sandwich was so soggy with ranch I'm super bummed out the meals were 20 a pop and it was so dissapointing... :(

I ordered their combo...I was supposed to record a Cheesesteak, a small fry, and a soda... I received a small bowl of old soggy fries with zero crunch, dry meat, and not as drop of moisture to be found... No cheese, no cheese sauce, nothing..... To top it all off...my Pepsi was flat... I mean extremely flat soda... Andthe cup was filled to the max with ice... I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN... I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EAT HERE..

Food was disgusting. Can't believe this place has such good reviews. Got two Philly cheesesteaks and the fries and my friend and I who LOVE to eat and aren't very picky couldn't even get a third of the sandwiches in after a full day at a metal festival with no food. Don't eat here.
