Coffee slinging gem in Crocker Village. Peets holds down the fort for local caffeine lovers, Wi-fi surfers, and college students. Service is always great, and friendly. Their cold brew is strong!

This coffee place is good on service and food.
A total great place for a coffee, service, atmosphere, food. Way better than Starbucks. I consider Starbucks too over marketed. Don't know how to make a good caffe latte.
Usually pretty busy at this location but the service is pretty quick and they are always super friendly!

Just another Peet's coffee. If you like it go there. I don't like it. Their coffee is roasted too dark.

Love Peets! But watching the batistas move at a snails pace while there's crowds is very frustrating! One is visibly dragging his feet and keeps stopping to say "i don't even know what I'm doing right now".

Is it just me does anyone else feel like this Peet's black on-tap coffee is no longer strong, dark roasted, signature Peet's? I've been 3 times (I don't live near by) and it is less rich than Starbucks. Is it only me?

I have had the worst issues with this store and the Peteās app. When I ordered coffee beans (grind for espresso and french press). Using my credit card for delivery, the app says the order āfailedā however the money was pulled from my card. When I called the store, they said I canāt help, call customer service (800) number.
When I called customer service, they first said they canāt do anything as itās pending, call back in three days! When I told them that I want the beans not the money, they said they canāt do that for three days!
I then asked for the supervisor as I just couldnāt imagine this all was true. Why did they not ask for an order number (there is none!). Their response to asking for a supervisor was for me to give them my phone number and the supervisor will call back within 48 hours!
Their response app has always been difficult to use but the service to get the order fixed, delivery done, is the worst! I can imagine I the only one with this issue.
I am a 30 + year customer. I am thinking it might be time for a divorce.
