Most water down cappuccino ever, taste worse than a hot chocolate that was 90% water. I guess that is what you can expect with today’s business models, this is what we have come too.

Great location and nice atmosphere. The baristas are friendly and very professional. The crew makes you feel welcomed. Fair prices and great coffee and tea drinks.
Parking: Very small parking space, must be careful to navigate through out the parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Not much indoor space for wheelchairs.

I absolutely love this place and all because it’s right in Midtown. However, I don’t appreciate the fact that I was being discriminated because of my sexual orientation and there some of the staff members who work there are LGBTQ community just like me and everybody else and that area because this place in the lavender heights. It would beneficial for the staff to be trained on diversity and inclusion. Other than that I can see this place can go places! Please be careful how you treat people differently because the reputation is a key to everything!

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Using the app and having beans delivered to me from this location has been poor twice in a row. This time, I order coffee to be ground and came to as whole bean. When I called their solution was for me to come in and get the beans ground. Don’t have delivery if you can’t fix your errors.

Not family friendly. No changing station in bathroom.
i live across the street from this location and i wish i could go. there is a large husky/malamute type dog that is outside every morning-afternoon barking. i have to avoid this side of the street due to this protective

I always enjoy a drip coffee from Peet’s. This location is perfect especially during our Midtown Farmers Market on Saturdays. I love sitting outside since the inside has limited seating available. I only wish they would add heat lamps outside during the winter months.
