I’ve always been a loyal customer. But this is the first time I visited this branch.
I was aware that the store closes at 5:30pm. Before 4:30pm, I was about to go to their restroom but they already closed it. I begged to use it but they said they already cleaned it. I was still halfway my drink and there’s still an hour left before they close.
I’m a paying customer and I can’t use their amenities even if they are still within operating hours? It doesn’t make sense.
Won’t be coming back, for sure!

The food and drink are exactly what you’d expect. One minor thing: I don’t think this one has a good layout, it's awkward to work at this Peet’s and I never want to stay long as it feels quite constricted.

We order from here all the time and have visited a few times. Everything is always amazing. Last time we ordered a member of staff put the most amazing sticker masterpiece on the outside of our bag. Rainbow hearts, sunflowers, and a butterfly in the middle. It made my day! It lives on my emotional support water bottle now as an example that a small act of kindness can change the vibe and that doing those acts creates beautiful ripples of joy that spread further than you think even if you aren't around to see them. Thank you to whoever that was ❤️ every time I look at it my big gay heart swells.

This is the best. I wanted something sweet to drink and our barista named Hope(5 stars) suggested a delicious drink. My daughter even tried the new lavender flavoring in her Matcha. Such a wonderful experience

Most water down cappuccino ever, taste worse than a hot chocolate that was 90% water. I guess that is what you can expect with today’s business models, this is what we have come too.

I thought they had some great employees but maybe they are training. Plus they're staff is good but I guess yeah location friendly but off clientelle and even if I guys I don't think it's this location but their product I was explaining to them.has. Nothing to do with interest!
