i live across the street from this location and i wish i could go. there is a large husky/malamute type dog that is outside every morning-afternoon barking. i have to avoid this side of the street due to this protective

I always enjoy a drip coffee from Peet’s. This location is perfect especially during our Midtown Farmers Market on Saturdays. I love sitting outside since the inside has limited seating available. I only wish they would add heat lamps outside during the winter months.

Jonathan Michael and adam are amazing at PCT 20th and J! Super friendly, got parking up front. Drinks and our food spot on! Many memories at this location and sadly PCT Alhambra is gone! Will be back great service and tables outside

This review is only for their hot chocolate They are great and kind I am sure. Just please. Don't get hot chocolate here. I just got one and it tastes like.... Chalk water. It's real bad. No chocolate taste. Sorry guys who work there maybe it'll get better one day but anyone wanting hot chocolate do NOT go to Peet's. I basically am gonna throw this away.

I have had several issues with this particular Peet's... burned coffee, dry old bakery items. I do complain and Peet's corporate responds and addresses the issue. It is a nice walk and their facility is a great hang with the dogs in the morning. The staff is always fun to banter with and I really do enjoy this store.... just get the food squared away!
