I love Peet's Coffee. Great selection of food and drinks quality of the coffee 100% better than competition. This location is one of the best also because the staff members they are super professional and friendly. This location will rip you off if you order a drink with no ice. I stopped in here (not my first time) to order a large lemonade with no ice. The baristas are usually cool on filling up my cup with lemonade when I order here, i’ve never had a problem. But today a young woman named Drea made my drink and didn’t fill it up to the top. Once I noticed, i asked if she could add more lemonade to my cup to fill it up. She proceeds to give me the sorry excuse that the empty space is where the ice would be if it had ice and you ordered no ice. Well, yeah I ordered no ice because its my preference and i’m paying $5.55 (included a tip) for my drink to be full when I receive it! YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR IT!! So what’s so hard about filling up my cup?? I ordered a Large and she pretty much should have just given me a small. After her unreasonable excuses for why she couldn’t just kindly fill my request, I asked for a refund. As I said above, I had no problem coming here until now. The folks in here were always nice and friendly from my personal experience, but that Drea girl is a killjoy.
