I had to wait in line for a long time, then the mobile orders came in ahead of me it took me 15 minutes to get my iced coffee. Going back to Starbucks from now on!

This is not a regular petes coffee at all..... First off I got there and was waiting 10 minutes and then someone to told me that i had to go to the bakery. So i did and then I have a thermostat that i alway get coffee in and they fill it to the top and charge for a large.... This worker grabbed a cup filled it and then threw the cup in the trash ? just wasted a cup instead of filling up my bottle and then charged me for another small to fill up the extra 1 inch in my thermostat and I told her to keep the rest.... Also they only had dark roast and I alway get medium roast and she was super rude.... So I paid $6 for something i normal pay $3 for and add my tip at a regular petes coffee... I will never come back...Hope charging me 2.50 for a small coffee was worth that extra inch... o the coffee is also really bad as i sit here and wrote this review ? never again... The lady was really snotty and rude

Coffee was fresh and brewed perfectly. Hot chocolate was steamed to requested temperature.
