I saw at least 5 people who worked there at various intervals while I stood in line for 10 minutes. Yet the one person working the register was also baking things, serving hot and cold drinks, refilling coffee pots, and chasing customers down when their cards were declined (which happened to 2 of the 5 people in front of me).

The other 4 employees mostly stayed in the back out of view, although one did add muffins to an already full pastry display.

Most folks behind me left. I would have left too, but I wasn’t in a hurry and was enthralled by the chaos unfolding behind the counter. I eventually got my small black coffee which tasted GREAT!

They don’t wash their hands!!

Watched a server use the ladies room, come out not wash and go right back to work.

Disgusting.

Ran out of all sandwiches before 6:30am, what kind of show are you guys running here? Only two employees too? What a joke Pete’s coffee is. They should have had a Starbucks there instead.

These guys were extremely polite and even went out of their way to make me a sandwich after the morning hours had ended

I love Peet's. Love seeing the crema on top of my caramel macchiato. However at the airport this was terrible. I even had them remake it. It tastes like they didn't brew the espresso right. $8 later and I can't even drink it, even after them remaking it.

Seriously? One employee at 8 am on a weekend? She's doing great but shame on you peets for not staffing better. 45 minutes to get through line. Glad flight was delayed.

The guy at the counter added a tip for himself without asking permission.

Standard coffee shop in an airport with nothing exceptional of note. The line is occasionally long.

Makes total sense to have one person working at 6am when everyone is boarding early flights.

Three workers present, two actively talking with each other completely unaware of the growing line. Only two actually working, line of approximately 20 people at 7:30 on a Friday morning (at an airport) and absolutely no sense of urgency or interest in moving getting orders thru. Most people smartly ordered drip. Zero confidence that if they can't process orders efficiently that they can make any type of complex drink. Disappointing and the coffee was burned.

Try ordering three shots. You get charged the wrong price. And the clerk cannot change it. So much confusion. Just wanted three shots of espresso. Paid eight dollars and forty six cents.

Sacramento Terminal B 6:30 AM, peak time for traveler’s to get coffee, 30 people in line waiting, only one staffer and “only regular coffee” available. Save yourself and after screening turn left and go to Starbucks. Wish I did.

I asked for a water and the barista coughed directly into the cup while holding it close to her face while putting a lid on. The employees are friendly but someone there doesn't practice food safety.

Standing in line at 0800 on a Wednesday. Only 1 older but very hard working employee who is running register, serving food, and making coffee all by herself for the over 25 customers in line. She deserves a raise and some help.

Where is the "Manager" and why does Peets Coffee Corporate let this continue to happen?
