We were out and about running errands and I was craving something sweet and local. I saw this place online and we decided to check it out. Did not dissapoint at all and we will absolutely be back. My daughter loves boba and they have a make your own bar. I had a slice of cake and cup of coffee and it was fantastic. Cool little place with tasty offerings. Very friendly staff as well. A hidden little gem right here in Elk Grove.
Our drinks were very tasty. Pastries were delicious. I love the service here.

I always come here to get cakes for people now. Their sponge cakes are superb! And the workers there are always so kind! I always get the pork bun too. Always grab 2-3 so I can take it to work. ??
Overall must stop by and get a cake if you haven't already.

Delicious fresh asian bread, cakes and Pastries. They also have a cafe with asian items like noodles connected to the bakery. Fast attentive service. Family friendly atmosphere.

05.03.24 Walked over after lunch at Asian Pearl Restaurant (highly recommend the restaurant!), bought 4x red bean filled fried sesame balls ($2.28ea) & a blueberry cheese pastry which they call pie ($2.98). Sesame balls were soft & chewy, needed more red bean filling and was slightly too greasy but very good tasting. Blueberry cheese pastry was ok, kind of dense, dry, not crispy on the outside, just basic, and could not taste either blueberry nor cheese, had no filling, would not order again. Costco's pastries beat this blueberry cream pastry by miles. Highly recommend Costco pastries. Our go to is Paris Baguette (Korean) who's pastries are similar to real French pastries = light, never heavy or dense, crispy buttery exterior, soft inside. Or 85° Bakery (Taiwanese).Service was fine, interior they had a lot of open seating which is good, bakery seemed clean. Would not patron again because really, it's a bakery, pastries should taste good, not bland/basic/generic.

My son is crazy about mangoes! So I called up all the bakeries in town and this was one of the two that had mango cake. I got two cakes from both bakeries and this one was by far the best with fresh mangoes. The frosting is a whipped cream frosting, and the cake itself is more denser. But it all went together very well and was not too sweet and delicious. (Although I will say it was quite pricey…. For a 6 inch cake it was $47, ouch! )

The smallest cake was $18 before covid. Now it's $46. It's a rip-off. 6 inch for $46! Shame on me for falling for the rip off.
