Awesome deli food! The service is quick, they don't take long to attend our large party. The deli store is really traditional, feels like it's been there for a while.

Had a tuna sandwich for lunch today from them and it was awesome. I've always had a great sandwich every time I go there when I'm nearby.The deli has that "real deli" look to it that I always like.

The sandwich was alright, but the business does decide to close kinda whenever. Close a deli at 1 pm? Sure. Not open on a Tuesday? Sure. It's interesting seeing business owners quiet quitting.

The name is remarkably apt. Staff are quite rude or dismissive, with arbitrary limits on what "counts" as a salad.Food is decent but overpriced; $53 for two people's meals.

Got the smoked turkey avocado. The sandwich was delicious. The price was a tad higher than I expected $13 for such a small sandwich. Attentive staff and clean restaurant. A real NYC vibe.

Great food! I ordered a breakfast bagel with sausage egg and cheese it was wonderful. A simple sandwich done the right way.
Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute customer service nightmare...Popped in real quick on my way to work. Ordered from the list of specials, and while the lady was making my sandwich I grabbed some chips and candy and went to the desk to pay. I asked the guy at the counter if I could just pay for everything now since I was in a bit of a hurry. He said that I had to wait till my sandwich was done so he could see the price. I told him I ordered straight off the menu and it said $13.99. He said in a rude way that the price might be different if I had the sandwich heated or something, I said I didn't, I ordered the sandwich as is, so it should be $13.99. It felt like he was insinuating that I was lying about the price or something, which is rude, but whatever. I reiterated that I was just in a but of a hurry so could he please just ring me up now. He said "well, that's our policy and I am in a hurry too."There was NO ONE else in the store. He was saying it for no other reason to be rude.So I just looked at him, thinking I could.collect my thoughts or he might just be nice and ask the girl making my sandwich what I ordered. But he just walked away from me and said Cancel the order and I was like "what?" And he said "I don't want to serve you".I couldn't believe it. And neither could the girl who was halfway through making my sandwich at this point. She also just looked at him, like WTH, and then i left with no lunch.Honestly it would be super simple for them to come up with a way to handle that more efficiently. They girl making the sandwich could write up a simple ticket with the price, or he could've just asked her. She was right there. Instead he was incredibly rude and unkind

Was disappointed in the sandwich I recieved and the front counter was high and blocked so watching the preperation wasnt possible. Price was fairly high.

This is a great deli with an old time feeling. Which makes since since it's been serving customers since 1952. I walked across the street from the hotel I was staying at and ordered a breakfast sandwich. Super tasty, served on a bagel. They had lots of sandwiches which I'll have to come back to try.
