The pho broth was good but the restaurant was very dirty. Including the women's bathroom and the floors was coated with a layer of dirt. They didn't have enough or was completely out of the sauce ingredients to put in the pho. I wouldn't recommend this place to eat at.

We came here on Christmas Day with my brother’s partner’s family. The food was super tasty and yummy. Everyone seem to have good things to say about their food. The staff members were kind and our food didn’t take long to arrive at the table. There’s also a fish tank to watch if you’re introverted and don’t know where to focus. Super bonus points for the fish tank.

Came here to eat like I always do for pho cravings. This time was a little strange. Server was a male this time that didn't seem confident in taking our order. I never expect great or even good service from Asian restaurants, but something as simple as getting me an extra bowl to share with my 6 years old son seemed too difficult. That wasn't the part that got me writing this bad review. The bad part was that me and my family of 4 was charged gratuity? When I asked about the gratuity charge, same server's response was that it was due to my family sitting at a "bigger table." We were not foretold about any potential gratuity prior to being seated. If I didn't even question the bill, the guy would have never even mentioned a gratuity charge. The guy who spoke English well enough while taking our order all of a sudden couldn't speak English well anymore. My wife is Vietnamese and she had to take over the conversation. We ended up paying the bill with gratuity added. 2 stars overall because of gratuity charge. Whoever comes here should definitely look at the receipt before paying bill.

They charged me gratuity for 4 people be careful watch out when paying she didn't want to give me a receipt i had to ask for it. Customer service was horrible. Probably will not be returning we were regulars there too

I recommend going here for the pho. The rice plate was okay (nothing special). It's about $14 for a plate. I don't recommend getting the wings though. Overall, good place for pho but nothing else.
