If you know you are a good spot and people like your cofeee hire another person , maybe ?
It shouldn’t take 40 mins to grab a coffee in todays world .

Meet up at Philz coffee with a friend for coffee and this place was great. The atmosphere was nice and clean, great for meeting up with friends and hanging out. The staff were also friendly which is a plus!

I wonder what their coffee is like? I stepped up in line to place an order. The server walked away briefly came back, walked past me at least twice and never acknowledged my presence. I left.

Such good coffee but I CAN NOT get past the inconsistency and this is a problem with all Philz coffee shops. Sometimes if it’s the right time or barista you get the best cup of coffee, sometimes it’s just meh and the coffee is not even hot and I fully regret getting one; sometimes it takes 5 minutes and sometimes it takes 25 minutes for them get to your drinks. Sometimes my drink is scolding hot and other times it’s lukewarm and I had to go home and microwave it like today. It’s probably a little better than the midtown one but it’s a deep frustrating experience for customers, unable to expect inconsistency even for their better performing stores, Philz really needs to fix it.

I am not impressed with the ground coffee! It tastes very weak!

I only ordered a house coffee. The taste was decent. The male employee who greeted me with a smile was friendly. The other staff members also maintained a good impression and didn’t make me feel awkward about my small mistake. There were many customers, and the place looked clean.

What a lovely place!!! The staff were friendly to the max, even when it was late at night after a long day. Lots of space with lots of tables to study or work at. Their green tea was amazing, I’ll have to go back to try their other main drinks sometime (my stomach wasn’t feeling the best at the time)! I’m definitely going to come back!

Truly awful. A coffee shop with no espresso drinks? I tried it one time and thought ok maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Went a second time and it was equally as bad. The staff were also extremely slow, verging on rude both times. Will never go here again.

Love the mocha tessora

Only the morning and already a long bad day but Faisal just made it all better. I've only been here twice. Even at my regular Philz location I'm an order ahead and just run in kind of girl. Today - same thing. Unfortunately I didn't change my pick up location. So there I am in line, trying to call Midtown philz to tell then to give my coffee and food to one of the loves over there and Faisal says don't worry I've got you. "You're all good, have a great day"

All that and with a genuine smile and Faisal just made my day. It's funny how a simple interaction can make you smile. Thanks Faisal. Thanks Philz for a culture of being awesome.

I had “THE” best coffee today!
I ordered a medium dark roast Jacob’s Wonderbar, light cream and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. OMG, it was great for the afternoon.

Topped it off with a warm chocolate croissant.

Staff were great and friendly. The person who made my coffee was super spot on and even asked if there was anything else she could do to adjust it (NO😎!).

This really made my day!
