They were supposed to be open on Xmas, but someone decided not to come open up and cars pulling up only to find the door locked but even the sign on the store says open Xmas day. Time to get rid of some of your entitled employees

I had the Spiced Vanilla Soul, and while the drinks are always yummy, they dont really have any vegan snacks which is a bummer.

I fell in love with Philz in the Bay and it is my absolute favorite. I was excited to find one close to me. I know there's usually a wait, but at this location, it was ridiculous. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that was in line behind us, plus a few more, got their drink before us. Even my daughter who met us there and ordered 15 minutes after, got her drink before us. And my drink wasn't even correct when I got it. No point in correcting since I didn't want to wait again.

Came here early morning a few weeks ago. It was very clean, beautiful and the coffee was perfect. I used to go to the ones in SF when I lived there and its the same great quality. Staff is nice and recommend a good pastry.

If you know you are a good spot and people like your cofeee hire another person , maybe ?
It shouldn’t take 40 mins to grab a coffee in todays world .

Meet up at Philz coffee with a friend for coffee and this place was great. The atmosphere was nice and clean, great for meeting up with friends and hanging out. The staff were also friendly which is a plus!

I wonder what their coffee is like? I stepped up in line to place an order. The server walked away briefly came back, walked past me at least twice and never acknowledged my presence. I left.

Such good coffee but I CAN NOT get past the inconsistency and this is a problem with all Philz coffee shops. Sometimes if it’s the right time or barista you get the best cup of coffee, sometimes it’s just meh and the coffee is not even hot and I fully regret getting one; sometimes it takes 5 minutes and sometimes it takes 25 minutes for them get to your drinks. Sometimes my drink is scolding hot and other times it’s lukewarm and I had to go home and microwave it like today. It’s probably a little better than the midtown one but it’s a deep frustrating experience for customers, unable to expect inconsistency even for their better performing stores, Philz really needs to fix it.

I am not impressed with the ground coffee! It tastes very weak!

I only ordered a house coffee. The taste was decent. The male employee who greeted me with a smile was friendly. The other staff members also maintained a good impression and didn’t make me feel awkward about my small mistake. There were many customers, and the place looked clean.
