Toss up between staff and the coffee as both excellent. Their pour over method really adds flavor and didn't seem as sugary as other places but like they allow your input on how much even using your phone!

This location atmosphere is not friendly or pleasant. The employees aren’t friendly, I placed an order at the counter and it was never made after waiting for 15 -20 minutes.

The service here is very slow and looks to be under staffed. I have been there at many times and hours throughout the year and keep giving them a chance but even when there is no one there the service is slow. The staff making the drinks are always talking and seem to be distracted and take there TIME! The order line is right next to the entering door and need to keep moving for customers to walk by. It's loud and wait bench is not comfortable. Don't go there unless you have all day to wait for your drink.

Nice place, pour over coffees are made well by really cool staff. It can get busy. But the employees handle it well. Clientele are generally kind of obnoxious though... get it to go. 😆

Honestly very disappointed in the employee at the register this morning. I asked for a box to accommodate my breakfast items and carry my drinks in on to make it easier to bring into the hospital for the mother of my child and she refused and said we cannot give those out and directed me to a drink tray? What great customer service you have Philz. Happened to be your manager as well.

The security guard from Blue Knight when I walked out was harassing people with pepper spray. Following them as they were trying to get away walking their dog threading, their dog with pepper spray. It was just a playful poodle and as soon as I walked out I was like hey what's going on and he's like you don't want any of this and was threading me with pepper spray making the whole place a hostile environment. They should get rid of the blue night security and get somebody more professional sky was antagonizing looking for a fight. Acting tough. Totally unprofessional. I will get coffee somewhere else even though I like Phil's and the staff was good and the food was good
Amazing vibes at this location - they have a nice amount of space and seating inside and the patio outside is super chill. and the flavors ? I’ve visited twice and tried two different coffees - both out of this world delicious

Coffee and food are both great and I love choosing this place over Starbucks. For constructive feedback, please start putting the entire pick up order together in a designated pickup location. This is now the second time I’ve had food and drinks ordered and only my drinks were picked up because the food is sitting across the shop in a different spot. And please have an option for milk that doesn’t default to oat milk. It makes me nervous that my notes aren’t being read when I ask for whole milk instead.
