So I left a review here 3 years ago because this pho place has really good food.
Update to coming in here on September 2024-
As we pulled in the driveway there was two spots we could not park at due to cars double parking. There is a security guard but he sits at the far corner and doesnt say anything. Nevermind that we wanted good pho. Walked in, get a table for my wife, daughter and me. They sat as all the way in the back around the corner, first time sitting here but it was nice.
Took a trip to the bathroom to wash my hands and as soon as I walked in I noticed that it was extremely dirty. The urinal had not been cleaned in a long time, and there happen to be paper towels all over the floor. Nevermind that, I came for the food.
After we ordered the food it came very quickly, which we were very happy for. The food here is incredibly good and we realized it was worth everything else. However as we were seated all the way in the back I don't know what bright manager thought it would be a good idea to set up a 6+ people party right before us in a horizontal line completely blocking access to us. It was so bad our waiter could not even get to us. After coming the first time he only showed up once more because he could not get thru. Keep in mind, it was my wife, my daughter who's a toddler and myself, which made things a lot worse. (I have attached a screenshot that isn't too visible but I didn't want to be a creep)
This place used to be really good and I hate to leave a bad review as we used to be regulars but now the prices that we paid yesterday are not worth a messy bathroom, the ordeal of the tables, and the even the parking.
I will go again in two weeks to see if anything changes and will determine if the review will stay up or not.

We love coming to this pho spot! Every time we visit, we’re seated quickly, and the staff is always on top of things. Service is fast and attentive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. The menu is full of flavorful options that keep us coming back.
Our favorite part of the experience is our waiter, B. She is incredibly fast, warm, and always makes us feel welcome. Every visit with her is a pleasure, and she adds that special touch to the dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great pho and excellent service!

Fresh foods, nice atmosphere. But the authenticity is not there. The soup was bland and cold. They are more focused on pleasing their American customers rather than the authenticity of the Dish. Good place for Americans and their Pikachu's.

Pho soup seafood was bland. Had 2 pieces of shrimp, 2 small calamari, veggies and noodles. Server did not even check on us and was rude when we wanted Togo boxes. Worst vietnamese restaurant! Not recommended at all.

I really like this place, the atmosphere and workers are great! The food looked so bomb but it wasn't the greatest today. The pho broth was bland and the chicken wing had excessive oil that it wasn't crispy anymore. Definitely going to give this spot another try bc its so convenient in the area. Please have fish sauce as a condiment.

These guys have the absolute best Pho! Service is quick, and I appreciate the portion sizes for the cost. They don’t seem to have inflated things like a lot of other Pho places. They’re always quick to seat me, and my food always comes out fast. I’ve also tried one of the flexitarian dishes which was incredible (I can’t remember which one exactly). But I’d definitely recommend this place as an option for my vegetarian friends.
My other go to dish is the combination vermicelli noodle bowl which is delicious with a healthy portion size.
I know their location may look a little rough outside but when you come inside, it is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean.
With great portion sizes. They’re open late which I GREATLY appreciate. I’ve also tried their flexitarian bowl and their combination vermicelli noodle bowl, all of which were top notch. I’d definitely recommend this place

Delicious food. Nice environment. I can tell this establishment is doing good enough to where their customer service staff doesn’t feel the need to be so customer service oriented.
After reading positive reviews of this establishment, I decided to bring a relative of mine with me to enjoy a meal. As soon as we walked in the door, there was no hello or greeting. The employee just looked at me like “what? What do you want?” So I said, “For two please.” He sat us down and walked away. The person that waited on us was much kinder.
The pro’s. Good food. Nice environment…..
Customer service is whats most important to me. No matter how good the food is, if your customer service skills are not even in the realm of friendly, I’m never coming back.
As I approached the register to pay my bill, the person who takes the payments just stared at me. No, “hello.” No, “how was your meal?” Mind you this is my first time here. This thin young person with bleached white short hair and arm tattoos just stood there staring at me rolling their eyes. I was speechless but still handed my credit card to them. After this person rang me up, they put my credit card on the table. No, “thank you”. No, “please come again, see you next time”. My relative is a disabled individual. When they witnessed this, they were shocked and let me know how unwelcome they felt.
Listen, if this is the new acceptable norm in customer service, I don’t accept. Thats my last time at this place. I’d rather eat average food prepped by cordial people.
Bleached, white hair, tattoos on the arm, drives a black genesis, you are very rude.

Very fast and polite service. Staff answered questions about their menu and substitutions. I had the grilled chicken and egg rolls with soup on the side. Big serving! Egg rolls were yummy! You walk up to the counter to pay your bill. Avoid rush hour by coming in earlier or later.

The food here is consistently delicious. Before moving to the area, I dined here a few times in the afternoon before work and service was pretty quick and the servers were always courteous.
Now that I live in the area, my family and I order takeout maybe 1-3 times a month and we’re never disappointed with quality of food and the pricing is pretty fair. We order time and time again the Báhn Mi, pork egg rolls (?), spring rolls, #52 combo and #8 Pho. All are always tasty.
The most surprising is that we’ve tried 3 different Thai restaurants in the area and yet this Vietnamese one has the best tasting Pad Thai. If I want Pad Thai, I want to order it from here. The noodles are always hot and don’t stick together even after you pick it up and bring it back home. I only really order the shrimp and the shrimp taste amazing; not overcooked and no rubbery texture. In the same vein, their wonton soup was a blessing during the cold/flu season.
I think the staff service here is better than most places. The only caveat is that a few times after placing online order, we don’t get a notification that the food is ready. We only get the ones saying the food is being prepared. There have been a few times where we are parked in the lot waiting for the ready notification. Then when we go in, it’s been ready the whole time. This might just be a delay in the system. I also agree with other reviewers that the staff (at least at the register) can seem quite curt, but they are human and even during the weekday evenings the place seems busy on the inside so I can’t blame them if they want to skip the niceties and just handle the pick-ups quickly lol.

Maybe I picked the wrong choice of food because boy this place did not live up to the reviews. I got the #49 for dinner. That is the vermicelli bowl with pork meatball, crispy stuffed bean curd, egg rolls, and fresh veggies. The pork meatball wasn’t cooked all the way through, the egg roll was burnt, the stuffed bean curd was overly salty, and the fish sauce was so sweet. I took a few bites and yeah…nope not for me. The avocado shake was mediocre and the boba was soggy also.
The service was ok, just your typical Asian restaurant. We had to flag down our waitress a couple of times. The restaurant is spacious and has a bar for those looking for alcoholic drinks. Overall, it’s a no from me.
