Most good Vietnamese pho restaurants are in South Sacramento or Elk Grove. There are not many authentic Vietnamese pho restaurants out of the South Sacramento area. Pho Momma is among the few best pho restaurants in Sacramento, but not in the south Sacramento area. They are in a strip mall on Folsom Blvd, which is very close to Bradshaw Road. They have very delicious pho and other Vietnamese dishes. I have lunches and dinners at Pho Momma many times. I loved all the tasty dishes they had. The service is fantastic and very fast. The dining room is comfortable. The parking lot is busy sometimes, but I never have trouble finding parking there.
Vegetarian options: Pho Momma has a good selection of vegetarian dishes on its menu.
Parking: The parking lot is busy sometimes. But I never have difficulty getting parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair friendly

The food here is excellent. I would highly recommend the fried wontons. The calamari is done perfectly and is tender. The broth for the pho is seasoned excellently. And the atmosphere is very nice. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

I wish I could give them 5 stars, but I can't.. The restaurant is pretty small but very cute and chic, and the atmosphere was great. Their pho broth could have more savory taste tho, and the garlic noodle was way too salty, I couldn't finish it. But their spring roll with cripsy layers inside was very different and pretty good. (Wish they use real sauce bowl that matches to beautiful presentation for the rolls, instead of to go sauce cup). The service was friendly. I might have had a high expectation because of the hype, but for me, this place was another social media hype that didn't work out for me..

Ordered the Beef stew pho. The good was the broth and noodles, and the bad was the beef was chewy and not tender at all, and the overload garnish of diced lemon grass was atrocious and killed the taste burning my throat with the strong lemon grass. Will not repeat.

This was our first time visiting Pho Momma. The food was decent. The fried rice was dry and we to had add sauces, it might have been the time of day. The fried crab Rangoon was the best. Tender pillows fully stuffed crab and cream cheese seasoned filling. The spring rolls were lacking enough shrimp to even justify putting it in. The springs tops were full of fresh veggies, so that was a plus. The garlic noodles were recommended, but I should have had the shrimp pho instead. The garlic noodles were hot and you could tell that it was prepared to order. I added fried shrimp which helped a little. It was good, just not in my flavor profile. It was nice to try something on the off beaten path. You can tell that this family takes pride in the food and restaurant.

Have been to most of the restaurants in Sac that serve pho, this spot is by far the best we have had in Sacramento. The flavor is so authentic. Everything on the menu is delicious. Found our new spot.

It's all in the name. I mean who doesn't love a good pun? And it's accompanied by good food and a surprisingly cute atmosphere?!
My family of 5 came here on Mother's Day and there was plenty of seating with no wait. I wasn't expecting much when we pulled up. It's tucked away in a strip mall and I've been to my fair share of pho restaurants to know that atmosphere is not on the menu. However, Pho Mama has cute dark modern vibe. Faux marble accent wall, deep blue walls and seating to match. The play list was a vibe as we couldn't stop singing along.
We ordered milk teas and fruit teas. All of which were delicious. The prawn egg rolls are a must try. The pho portion sizes were generous and came with all the normal accoutrements. I did not partake in the phos but was told that the broth was on point. Some of the best we've had in a while. I had the vermicelli noodles with pork egg rolls. I'm glad I tried it but can't say that I would get it again as there are other menu items that I would like to try.
Should you check this place out? Pho sure!
