This place has good food but unfortunately they’re really inconsistent and the wait is super long, and undeserving of a Michelin recommendation. The last time I came here I ordered a boba (which I’ve ordered multiple times before) and it was just bad. They gave me overcooked, soggy boba and when I asked them to change it the server told me they couldn’t recook the boba. So you’re charging $8 for bad drinks and can’t remake it? And then they just took off the 60 cents for the boba from my bill but if you made a bad drink you should comp the entire drink. I was disappointed with my experience.

Finally had the time to try this pho place out and it did not disappoint at all! Definite must eat here! I wish they just had more seats and space in between the tables but besides that the food was so good. Seats fill up fast too so go early or you’ll have to wait a bit

The chairs had food all over, and when we requested they be cleaned, the waitress wiped them with her hand instead of a towel and walked away. We’ll never come back.
Michelin should just stick with western food. Take a drive to Sac for pho. Sorry.

Absolutely fantastic date night overall. Nice and cozy dining room, extremely attentive staff who provided perfect service. The food was to die for. The Bone Marrow Toast, Spring rolls and Pho were all perfection. I could have drank the pho broth by itself and the chili oil was a perfect complement to everything. And unbelievable prices. Everything came out to a very reasonable total and we will absolutely be eating here regularly.

Shortly after we sat down, server 1 came to ask if we were ready to order. We weren't but ordered our drinks instead. Then server 2 came to ask if we were ready to order. Our drinks didn't even come out yet. Then server 3 came to ask if we were ready to order. I kid you not, we haven't been sitting there that long. It was kinda annoying and I didn't like feeling rushed. The rushing didn't stop, we were still eating and talking and they asked me if we wanted boxes. We told them we were still picking at our food. Then someone brought our bill when we didn't ask for it. Then another person asked if we wanted a box. So at that point, we decided to leave as it wasn't a place where you could relax after a meal to talk to your friend. They seem to want you to sit, order, eat, leave ASAP. There wasn't a long wait either and other empty tables opened. The green tea drinks were good. The fresh spring rolls were good. The curry and lemongrass vermicelli were not aesthetically pleasing to look at but tasted pretty good. Needed more flavor so we added a lot of sauce and chili oil. The momma's special mains were our least favorite behind the drinks and the rolls. We sat at 5:20ish and left at 6:45ish.

Review is solely based on the website and hours.I placed an online order to pick up on my lunch,paid in advance.I arrived at the location to see they are closed.I double checked to make sure I didn't make any errors and I didn't.I was looking forward to the food because I have heard so many positive things.Website says certain hours but the hours on the door are different.Now I have to wait to see when I can receive a refund because I don't live in the area and was only there for work.
