This was THE best spring roll I've ever had. I got the pork sausage with crispy layers, and I could make a meal of just that. The pho broth was a little fatty for my liking. The lean beef and meatballs were good.

Overrated, the broth is good, very little thinly sliced meat and a lot of noodles, shrink inflation at his finest, expensive $17 for one large Pho. Seriously, the only reason why this place is so popular is because there’s no other Pho around that place. I’m not coming back.

Food is OK, I compare it to ABC Pho. Service is OK, they can be somewhat rude. The worse part though about this place is its so small inside. There's really nowhere to sit when you wait to be seated. Their days and hours of operation is very inconvenient. They're open only 4 days a week (if that especially with holidays etc) their hours are open for about 8 hrs for the day. I think a huge problem is the fact that it gets so crammed with people cause of the limited days that they're open and with a little restaurant etc. IF YOU HAPPEN TO TRY THEM, GO WHEN THEY OPEN TO TRY TO AVOID THE LONG LINE.

Not sure what it is today but seems like everyone is made to wait. Y'all were busy with more customers coming in. But dang why did it take so long for two drinks to go? Whatever, I haven't even touched my drink and I got it over 20 minutes ago.

Arrived, signed in and waited about 15 minutes to be seated. We looked over the menu and decided on the garlic noodles, #3 pho and the Beef Marrow toast. The staff was attentive and the dishes were delightful in flavor. I very much enjoyed and highly recommend the Beef Marrow Toast.

Great Pho restaurant for the Sacramento area! The broth is delicious, hearty, and balanced, the best I've had in the area.

The chicken wings are also amazing, tender and crispy. We also had the crispy shrimp sausage spring rolls which were great.

The servers are also very attentive and friendly.

Super overated phở. Broth is watery and pricey. Not sure how they get a Michelin guide. If you want to have a authentic phở or Vietnamese dishes, go try Buốn Mùa in stockton blvd, south sac.

I’ve seen this restaurant for as long as I’ve lived in Rancho, but never actually took the time to stop by. When I looked up Michelin star restaurants, this one was suggested at the time. Now it is officially a Michelin rated restaurant So I was excited to try it My wife and I. When we got there, it was packed so I knew it was probably gonna be good. Literally everything that we ordered was amazing From the appetizers to the soup. I highly suggest this restaurant.

Honestly, I been to so many pho noodle place, this have to be one of the worst one. Not sure why so many good rating when the pho noodle soup has no flavor in it. Probably a cup noodle would have been better.

Decided to give this place a try based on reviews and suggestions. Decent pho, nothing to write home about, nothing that stood out. Just your average mid-tier pho spot that tastes just like every other mid-tier pho spot. This place wasn't bad but it wasn't impressive either. For the price, portions are on the smaller side, compared to the next closest pho spot (around the corner - Pho Bac Hao Viet Bradshaw), which I can get larger portions, better price and better tasting pho broth there. At one point, I had to ask for my water to be refilled, I partially blame that on how busy the restaurant had become (not overly busy, just picked up slightly). After dining, I had to wait around cluelessly flagging down a waiter to bring me my check. Though the 4-star ratings, I probably would not return.

The food was fantastic. The wait was a bit long but the food was worth it. The pho was fabulous and the bone marrow toast was incredible.
