NO STARS DUE TO CAT IN KITCHEN! VIDEO INCLUDED. The food was so so. Not good, not horrible. The customer service from the owner on the other hand was RUDE. The way she spoke to us and her demeanor was not how anyone should speak to their customers. After we finished eating we saw a 🐈 CAT come out from the kitchen and walked around the dining area. The owner gasped hoping we wont see but we did see. That's UNSANITARY to have A CAT ROAMING AOUND THE KITCHEN! Some of us paid with cash and did not get our receipts. I paid with debit card, the owner said she'll text me the receipt and I should get it within 5 minutes, never got a receipt. She did the same to a few other people in my large group. None of us got our receipts. Now I know it's because she didn't want us to know she was charging us a fee for using debit instead of cash. Others in my group requested for to go containers and she was canceling out tbeir order and re entering it to secretly charge for containers. I witnessed her do this to TWO of my friends. Who does that?! These unacceptable sneaky tricks by the owner herself has made up our minds that our large family and friends will NOT be coming back. 👎

From the moment we walked in, the woman working at the front greeted other customers with a smile, but when we arrived, she just stared at us like she was already upset. She said nothing — just gave us a cold, angry look that completely caught us off guard. We hadn’t done or said anything wrong. We were polite and just looking forward to enjoying a meal.
When we ordered just two dishes to start, she got visibly annoyed and tried to snatch the menu away before we were done. Later, when we tried to order more, she acted like she didn’t even want our business.
To top it off, she charged us $1 for two tiny foam to-go boxes — seriously? I usually tip generously, but after the way we were treated, I didn’t leave anything. And when I selected “no tip,” she gave me the nastiest look, like I’d done something wrong.
This lady is rude and unprofessional. Beware. I’ll never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect.

From the moment we walked in, the lady who seated us was rude and dismissive. We placed two orders first and asked for more time to decide on soup and fries, but she told us we “had to order everything at once.” Then she grabbed the menus right out of our hands, saying “give it to me.” On top of that, she added extra charges: fees for takeout boxes and card payment which pushed our bill $50 higher than expected. At other restaurants, the staff are friendly, check in during the meal, and make you feel welcome. Here, we only felt disrespected and overcharged.
We’ll never return, and it’s disappointing that the attitude and hidden fees overshadowed what could have been a decent meal.

#11 we ordered was exceptional. We've visited in several occasions and have yet to be let down. Their Pho is delicious. I'm told they take about 10 hours of cooking that broth. Everytime that broth is always fresh. I highly recommend y'all take visit. Always friendly atmosphere and owner is very gracious. Thank you

Anyways to the actual review, this place is nice and neat and good looking for the area it’s in. I like the fish ? that they got on display and the customer service was pretty good. We got seated and the menus were nice as well and they actually have a pretty good sized selection. The prices aren’t that expensive and for price to taste it’s pretty good. I liked it. I really liked it with spicy sauce and feel like it tasted better. The broth was good and so were the noodles. I feel like the atmosphere is a tiny bit weird because it’s a bit darker but it’s cool.
In the picture that was kinda half eaten as I forgot to take a pic at the start (it looked better) and you can kinda see the lines on the edges of how much it was filled. Imagine more beef and more soup and less red.

We were in Vietnam in June. Based on the traditional food we enjoyed there, this food was on the same level. Great job Pho Ru! I saw the same kindness from the waitress that we experienced in Ho Chi Minh City. My wife now wants to try everything on the menu and that's a quote. The Pho was Pho-nominal! We enjoyed the fall off the bone rib and the spring rolls.

I was half way eating and found hair in my pho. I don’t know if there was anything else in my bowl but I’m done with this spot. I felt sick for awhile and all the owner said was. I give you another bowl. No apologies and try to say it’s probably my hair. Are you serious!! I don't recommend this place.
