Pho was okay. Service was bad. We had to switch a food stucked on spoon with a new one. Two smoothies were not good, thai tea and Taro. The older guy who took my payment at the counter said I must pay automatic tip for serving a party of 5 or more. To me service was not good. I was going to customize the tip but got warranted and ended up giving them the tip anyways. Service amount at this type of place should be at the customer's discretion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at Phở Saigon Bay! The chicken phở was perfectly seasoned — rich, flavorful, and comforting — and the crispy egg rolls were incredible! Highly recommend ordering them too.
Our server Lee was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent service all around 👌. Can’t wait to come back again!

Usually come here but yesterday on 10/01/25 it was lowkey packed with other race besides asian, amd no lie thier pho was watered down, atleast my bowl was, so ima have to come back when it aint soo busy because Usually when I come by its never packed, and full of flavor, maybe all the flavors went to the first few customers because that day wasn't it! Had to make my money worth and eat it up! Lol

First time here. Not a very welcoming place. The guy behind the counter looks like he got out on the wrong side of the bed for the last five days. Got the shrimp and pork spring rolls, they were bigger than I expected but the pork did not taste very fresh, the shrimp and the dipping sauce were ok. Might try some of the other dishes at a later date but I am not in much of a hurry right now. Vietnamese food has gotten more popular, there are many more places to choose from and we don’t necessarily have to drive down to Stockton Blvd anymore.

I want to start by saying that the staff was very polite so that was good. Everything else was bad. First of all their soup base is nasty. It literally just tastes like tap water with a drop of seasoning. If the soup is bad at a pho place what’s even the point of going? On top of that they only had like 4 vegetarian options, which again were plain and not at all worth the 16 bucks they charge. The restaurants atmosphere is overall flat and the decor isn’t really that good either. Then when I was leaving to pay I saw the male waiter go to wash his hands. Mind you he used NO SOAP and literally rinsed his hands for 3 seconds. When trying to pay I was overcharged by the cashier, who then told me that I could just work out a payment from the people I came with. The employee was incapable of splitting the bill or maybe calculating our stuff separately. Overall this place is a total no. If I want my pho to taste like flavorless tap water I could have just made it myself

***Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place!*** DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGE FOR! I recently dined at Pho Saigon DIRTY Bay, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was shockingly poor. Despite placing an order for tea and coffee, the drinks were completely forgotten. To make matters worse, when I received my bill, they still attempted to charge me for these drinks that I never received!
Throughout my visit, I noticed that the staff didn’t come back to check if everything was okay – not once. It felt as though they were more focused on rushing to complete their tasks than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
Additionally, I was horrified by the lack of cleanliness at the establishment. I observed the same servers who were handling food also picking up dirty dishes and cleaning tables without washing their hands in between. They even managed the cash register without any hygiene protocols, which is utterly unacceptable!
When I finally addressed the situation regarding the missing drinks, the staff member seemed confused and had to triple-check the table, even though a woman behind him had already apologized to me. It was frustrating to deal with such disorganization.
To top it all off, the quality of the food was abysmal. The noodles in my soup tasted old and undercooked – some were still hard and inedible, prompting me to remove them entirely from my bowl.
Overall, I cannot recommend Pho Saigon Dirty Bay. The terrible customer service and lack of cleanliness made my visit completely unsatisfactory. Save your time and money and choose another place to dine!
