Literally best pho in sac. I've done the full Sacramento Pho tour and Pho Xe Lua is the best. HUGE menu and a lovely space for family dining.

Service is horrible here, the servers don’t even talk to you, very rude and bad attitude. Place is very dirty and sticky. Everything is greasy. They don’t clean or sanitize nothing. I really used to like coming here. Never again.

We ordered door dash from here recently. My wife and I both got the vegetable pho and it was the best we have had to date. Loaded with veggies and the broth was amazing. We'll be ordering again soon!
