The service took a while to start, but it was pretty good for a little while. However, after our salads were finished, we had to stare at the empty salad plates for 15 to 20 minutes, and they were only removed when our entrées came out. Further, our wine glasses sat empty for about the same amount of time. The restaurant was kept relatively cold, and there was a draft from some open doors. Our server seemed very disinterested in providing us an enjoyable experience. It was my wife's birthday celebration dinner, and we were asked and had this event confirmed by the waiter. However, there was no other observation, such as a complementary piece of cake, etc. When we ordered coffee, usually one gets a little sweet to go with it such as a biscotti, but no such niceties here. I've made a mental note not to eat here again, unless it is only at the bar. That was our first of a few experiences eating at this restaurant, and that is the only place where we had attentive service. The food itself was delicious, which was the only reason to come back this time. . So much for a birthday celebration.
Brandon, our server, who also maned the bar, was great. We had a mixed aged group. He was so helpful with those who were quite slow to decide and those in a hurry . His mixology is superb.
Good eats!!!

Excellent service, incredible food & a waiter that was 5 star! Thank you, we'll be back soon!
I had the pork chop with polenta and it was outstanding. I only wish they put a healthier serving of polenta. It was a surprisingly small amount. But, the polenta was incredible!
Our server, Anthony, has such a pleasant personality and is so attentive. Great representative of Piatti!
An energetic evening in the warm & welcoming space of Piatti Ristorante. Great food & service. We go often & will continue to do so.
Everything about dinner was great, the only I was displeased about was that we brought our baby with us and I went to change her diaper in the men's bathroom and there no fold out diaper changing station available to use.
We were greeted and seated right and had great service. The check out was also easy. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice lunch experience

We just wish you would play a play list with more “traditional “ Italian music....or at the very least Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc. I think you will be amazed at the feedback.... Loved everything else!
What me and my partner got:
Meat and cheese board 4/5
Spicy pepperoni 4/5
Riatore 3.5/5
Nectarine bread pudding 5/5
The server we had was meh, but the food and atmosphere made up for it. Not a bad place if you want something a little more upscale. I'd come here again.
This is a to go order experience. It was busy at lunch. No real indicator of where to pick up to-go orders so I stood by the hostess who was helping... no one. Finally she acknowledged me and got my order. It was cold but it's hard to time a pick-up order. The crust was good, a bit spicy for me (hot pepperoni?) I've had much better meals dining in here.
The carbonara was simply the best!
Came here for our wedding anniversary (didn't tell the staff). We were seated promptly for our reservation, our orders were taken quickly, the food was excellent, the staff was helpful and observant. At 7:30 on a Saturday it was a bit empty, but it made for easy conversation without the need for raising our voices. Overall great place, and reasonably - priced for the quality.
