Pizza was mediocre. Toppings were skimpy. Gluten free crust was disgusting.

The young woman working the front are so kind and welcoming. I only come to this location because they make me feel appreciated and cared for when I’m literally just picking up a pizza. So many restaurants in midtown get lazy with pickup orders and skimp, but never here. We always make a night a month to come to this Pieology:)

Visited on a busy Friday night and was immediately greeted by a friendly welcome in. We had a group of 5, most of us gluten free, and the staff took great care in ensuring our food was handled properly. The pizzas were amazing, but the service is what really shines for us. Someone who I can only assume to be a manager walked up to our group, apologizing that one of the pizzas had pesto added to it by mistake. My partner didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed the pesto on his pizza. But to make up for the mistake, he later returned with a dessert pizza on the house, made gluten free so everyone in our group could enjoy. Thank you all so much, we'll be back! ?

Its always a good place to eat, good food, great atmosphere. Want to give it all fives but while most of the staff was friendly a couple of them were either rude or straight up just wanted you out of their face. Now I admit it was like a holiday weekend and they closed in like 2 hours so I understand the frustration completely. But don't take it out on people by like snipping at them or rushing them. I get your trying to help alot of people but I asked for chicken and because I didn't know the options by heart I was treated like I basically killed someone. Still great place to eat most of the time really friendly, great atmosphere and price. I think I caught them on a bad day is all. Will update next time

Had a nice dinner before heading over to the Music Circus. All the staff were very nice and pleasant. One young man, obviously new on the job, was very conscientious in making sure my pizza toppings were sufficient. Then later he was cleaning tables while it was slow. Was a nice experience and will go again when we attend the Broadway series at the Safe Credit Union theater. ?

Edit: lowering my five seat to a two star. Last time I came in (a Tuesday evening in July 2023) the sausage balls had lots of green mold on them! I can’t I’m good conscience recommend anyone eat here even if the pizza is delicious.Cool experience, cheap price!

Been going to this location for over a year now and the only issues we’ve ever had are when we order custom pies with way too many toppings (think all of them) and they’ll sometimes forget one or the after-bake. It’s never really been much of an issue though as the food quality has always been above average and the toppings don’t cost extra.I’ve walked in on my lunch break or gone for curbside in the evening, never had to wait more than a minute or two, and it’s always hot.My wife gets the gluten free crust every time and says it’s one of the best she’s tried. Having options is awesome!
